Wright Spellman Plastic Surgery, Sarasota FL

I had CO2 laser and facial surgery with Dr. Wright more than a year ago. I thought I would be writing a glowing review but unfortunately I can't. The laser left my previously smooth, clear skin red and rough to this day. Some areas are bright red and worsen with heat, light or exercise. There are also large areas of paper-white skin (hypopigmentation). The redness is due to masses of broken blood vessels and is permanent, although it may be treatable with a different laser. Hypopigmentation is irreversible. The facial surgery is also frustrating- the very minimal benefits of the surgery are far outweighed by the negative results, which I will need to have corrected if that is even possible. Btw it took me a long time to write this review, because frankly I didn't want to. But my doctor commented on my last visit that she had seen some bad laser burns recently and thought of me. Her patients were heartbroken and stressed out. As she said, laser is highly specialized. Choose your practitioner carefully.

Update: It has been more 2 years since the procedure. My skin has not recovered. It is hardened and red (or paper white) and so reactive to heat and light I can no longer enjoy the outdoors. My brows were left very uneven and there is an obvious inch-long indentation above my left eyebrow. The laser and surgery aged my skin and my appearance.

Dr. Andrea Spellman recently did my septorhinoplasty and she did such an amazing job, she reassured me and did exactly what I wanted and I can’t thank her enough she’s such a patient, kind soul, just know with her you are in good hands!

I had my Botox appointment 2 weeks ago with Danielle Davis for treatment to the Masseter area and I could not be more pleased! She was very knowledgeable and took the time to help me achieve my aesthetic goal of a more defined/slimming facial structure while also relieving my ongoing issue of teeth clenching/grinding. Thank you Danielle, you are amazing!

Danielle is a great addition to an already great practice. Her combination of skill, attention to detail, and bedside manner will keep me coming back!

Dr. Wright has stellar skills.
He performed revision rhinoplasty on me 8 days ago. Let the results speak for itself. I am ever so grateful.

I originally had a 3: 30 appointment, which they changed last minute to 3: 15. Running 15 minutes late because of horrible traffic, I was turned away. There should always be time allowed for situations. Their office is half hour away from home. Ridiculous

I’ve been seeing Dr. Wright for about 8 years for filler and botox, and he has always done a perfect job. Eventually some day when my face is ready, he will be my surgeon of choice for facial plastic surgery. I’ve seen his work on many patients, and he always gives his patients a very natural and rejuvenated look. He has a great bedside manner, hilarious sense of humor, and is always eager to help in any way he can. I’ve gotten to know him over the years, and I can honestly say that he, his family, and his entire staff are all really great people!

I have always had the highest regard for Dr Wright and his office staff.
The original reason for my visit with him some years back, was to help correct an issue I had due to another surgeons work.
I have also had some Voluma in my cheek areas a couple of times with great results.
I would definitely recommend Dr Wright! He is very competent and knowledgeable.

He is the Michelangelo of noses! Had a revision septoplasty with Dr. Wright after seeing his amazing work on Instagram. My breathing has vastly improved and my nose looks fantastic! He knows. OR SHOULD I SAY NOSE his stuff. Sorry for that joke but def go see him!

Got my rhinoplasty done by the one and only Dr. Harry Wright. Currently 7 days post-op and I'm already in love with my results (and the best is yet to come!). I had no bruising post op and am already down to minimal swelling- was out and about running errands today, pretty unreal! If you want a trustworthy surgeon who will genuinely listen to what YOU want, look no further. I loved the masculine look of my original nose and wanted to maintain that but make minor refinements in both my bridge and tip (wanted to straighten my bridge and remove a bump and did not want my tip lifted). Surely enough got my cast off yesterday and I still saw my original nose, just 100x better. I still feel like myself and the adjustments made were perfect. I'm so grateful for Dr. Wright. And big shoutout to Carla my coordinator- she was on it from day 1 making sure everything was ready to go and I had everything I needed for a successful procedure. Dream team!
