Great place to live the office has change management and they are doing a great job and keeping the place clean and keeping the place up-to-date.

I enjoy living here. Moving from Georgia to Florida this is a quiet place. I like how property management are good with the up keep and act accordingly when I issues in my apartment. I would like to see the parking issues resolved. Maybe be able to get reserved spots.

My issue is this towing issue. Y'all sent us an email giving us until Monday to get decals for our car to avoid towing. First of all you should of given us more time. Y'all don't know our situations. You can't just be sending emails and demanding something without having an ETA that's suitable for everyone. Smh.

Maintenance was very quick to respond to my needs (window issues).
Very knowledgeable, polite and quick. A+!

The apartments are very nice just wish I had an option to choose upstairs or downstairs I have arthritis and it’s really hard climbing up the stairs but I do what I can.

I don’t live here, but the last few days I’ve been having issues applying, and the statf, especially Omeria, has been extremely patient and helpful towards me! Really kind and helpful people working here!

My air conditioner had stopped working and I don't need to tell you that needless to say my apartment was freaking hot. And the maintenance team came in fixed it and I have never felt so blessed to know that they are here. I just can't say enough again how much I appreciate the maintenance team here. Way to go

It's a nice apartment complex I got a friend that lives there. There's another development that has townhomes and apartments right across the street that are pretty nice as well. The area is alittle slow over because 4th Street exit is closed coming off the gandy bridge. It makes kind of hard to get around that area.there's a 7-Eleven and aWinn-Dixie right across the street so that's convenient but overall it's a nice apartment complex

Very unprofessional! I wouldn’t recommend a dog stay here. Simple issues couldn’t be addressed in a proficient manner. Taken through hell and high water. Worse rental experience I’ve ever gone through! Good luck future tenants.

I love this apartment complex. Office personal are always pleasant and take care of any problems quickly. Maintenance is AAA+ I highly recommend

I live and work here. Our staff tries very hard to help and make the moving process as pleasant as possible. And that was definitely my experience.

Once upon a time.

No, seriously, I only lived here less than a year and it had to be 5 years ago but I did enjoy the place. Nice floorplans, pretty quiet and a great area. Still overpriced though, even in this market.

I rate them a 1 star because Mrs. Leslie gave me the run around for 5 weeks to just tell me I was denied. Now I am put in a position that is hard to get out because of waiting for so long. Thank you.
