Thank you Alex! I have never used a cell repair store before. I usually just get a new phone. But I have a new IPhone 12 and needed the cracked screen fixed. I came across this location by accident. Alex was amazing. Took great care of me, delivered my phone repaired like new and in the time promised. I don’t know what’s normal for fees for this but I felt it was very fair and definitely better than living with a new phone with a cracked screen. I would use this location again and definitely recommend.

I needed a replacement charger and stopped here at Xcell. Alex was really friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable about all the cool accessories that they sell. I walked out with a new charger and some fun accessories that I didn’t even know I wanted:). Will recommend to friends.

This is one of the best places you can fix your phone at. Went there the staff was super friendly especially Elvis. My problem was resolved in no time and in a really professional way.really Satisfied.

As a designer I rely heavily on taking good photos of site details. I needed a fast fix but was nervous to trust just anyone with my phone! I checked a few repair places and wasn't impressed with either the fees or the initial phone consultation. Xcell was different. I felt completely taken care of. All fees were clearly explained up front and felt fair. The work involved was explained and a time frame was given. This is my second time needing the fantastic and super fast services of X-CELL in Tyrone Square Mall. I needed a replacement battery for my iPhone 7 Plus and Mr. Elvis was there to save the day. An absolutely wonderful technician who is extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. He explained to me why I was having issues and what he was doing to resolve them. He also went above and beyond to make sure I was an extremely satisfied customer and that I had everything I needed. This is my #1 cell phone repair shop. I highly recommend their services. Do not go here for a screen repair or any other services. I brought in my phone to repair a cracked screen, Elvis (the worker) said it would take 30-40 minutes. The "repair" took over 2 hours. Which I didn't complain about; however after it was done he pointed out that the phone was bent and that I would need to be careful with it. My phone was not bent before I came in for a screen repair so I complained. He argued with me and refused to give me the managers number. Suggesting that I must have bent it beforehand because it's very hard to bend a phone. He said to talk to the manager I would have to come in the next day and he wasn't going to make me pay for the second half for now. He had quite the attitude and it was obvious he was hoping that I wouldn't come back because he knew he bent my phone. When I came in the next day to talk to the manager, the manager said he would order new housing for my phone and fix it. So I left satisfied. However it been two weeks and they haven't contacted me.

Elvis was a pleasure to deal with. He replaced my husband's broken screen & was able to restore his speaker so he no longer needs to have his phone on speaker to talk on his phone. Elvis changed my battery and was very nice to talk with while fixing our phones. I would highly recommend Xcell Repair.

I took my iphone 11 to get the screen replaced. They had it ready in a few hours and the price was reasonable.

He told me 30 minutes then 45 then an hour the. Another 15 long story short 1 hour 45 minutes later my phone left with more things broken then before)
