Very slow and bathrooms closed to customers.they ssid to go to Target to use the bathroom.not what a 73 year old wants to hear.made me want to look at ATT again
Customer Service here is terrible. I went in to turn in a modem because I had upgraded my service. The young man took my name and had me wait outside for over an hour. After I had been waiting 1hr15mins and hand seen him assist 4 people who had just walked I then approached hum to ask about the wait time for the 3rd time. There were also 3 other men who had been waiting before me. Then the associate fusses at me about asking how much longer and questioning the people that were helped with no wait or problem. Tells me he will just get me my receipt and get me out of there because he doesn't have to "deal with me". It took 30secs to return my modem and give me a receipt.
I get that he thought I was a former customer but I was upgrading. And actually looking to get phone service but after the way the in store associate treated me loudly in that store today. Im looking for a new internet provider and I will definitely not be looking at them as a cell provider. Do better.
There was a long wait and that I can understand due to covid19 restrictions however my experience once inside surpasses the long wait. I was assisted by ElBianco in the Roosevelt location and let me tell you.he's a gem. His courtesy and his product knowledge was unmatched. I mean he even advised me of the fact that the ID CHANNEL was restored.he asked what shows I like to watch and I mentioned that I was upset when the ID channel was cancelled after I changed my plan. Now if he hadn't asked what channels I like most, I certainly never would have known that the channel was back. I'm thankful for the experience that I had with him today. Kudos ELBIANCO YOU ROCK!
I have internet and TV with them and so far it's best speed I have, and every time I got issue I always come in and customer service take care for me.
I would give NO stars if I could! First of all, when we signed up for service, these people in this store told us we could have unlimited internet using our own modem just as long as it was this certain kind. So $400 modem purchase later, come to find out it we had to use THEIR modem to get the unlimited. That's cool, we cancel within our 30 days. We walked our equipment in and cancelled our service. Got a receipt of cancelled service. Then, we got another bill! Called the customer service number and found out they didn't cancel our service! Please train your employees better! Never again will I deal with this certain location in the future!
Nice store and appeared very effecient. Picked up a set of 3 pods to extend wifi in my home. Took all of 5 minutes. Amber was very helpful.
The Xfinity store was usually crowded on the day that I went. But I receive excellent service and my problem was taken care of.

I asked for cable package that had a certain channel. The package they gave me did not have the channel. In fact they don't even carry the channel OAN news. The home security system was a joke. I turned the equipment in 45 days after I signed u and they are charging me for the equipment even though I turned it in. I was switched around for 45 minutes and finally got the right people on the line and was immediately disconnected. No call Back. Horrible service slow Internet. Do not sign up with Comcast you will regret it.
Friendliest Folks around. My dog had eaten my remote and they replaced it free of charge. Thanks Comcast!
There was a wait, but the store is very nice and the associates were pleasant and professional.
Had to go 4 times to resolve problems. They saw my account had been changed but, couldn't explain it. It was time consuming to me and I'm still waiting to see if problem has been corrected. They also couldn't help me with my other account because it's in a different county. This means I have to call and speak with with an annoying person in another COUNTRY, READING FROM A SCRIPT, which should be a 5 minute call that will take about 40 minutes or more. Paying close to $500. A month for two accounts and it's nothing but frustrating and the service is not reliable.
They claim I had a bill with him and I gave him all the information everything else they refuse to remove it off my credit report I haven't had Xfinity for over three to four years and I know how they made this mistake but they don't want to own up to it
