Ximena's Tacos, Lake Wales FL

The food was delicious and prices were affordable. The restaurant is off the highway but worth a short detour. There is a special between 3 and 5 on traditional tacos.very tasty. The owners should however spruce up the inside of the restaurant to improve the appearance and wash down the walls and surfaces. This would boost my rating to 5 as the food is excellent.

The tacos are amazing! 1st time here and the food did not disappoint. Will definitely come back to try some of their breakfast dishes!

Saw this place while going to eat at a nearby restaurant. Came to check them out and the food was better than expected. Will definitely come again when I'm in the area. Great Authentic Mexican Food

Small family type authentic Mexican diner. Friendly service, great prices, outstanding food. They didn't mind my service dog!

I had the Traditional Taco Dinner with al pastor, asada, and chorizo. The meats were very flavorful. I polished my whole meal within 30 minutes. I normally have leftovers when I eat, but I was super hungry, too. My meal was less than $10, including tip!

I accidentally called the wrong restaurant, the one in auburndale once and i went to pick-up here in lakewales. They called the one in auburndale for me and let them know, i felt bad but I did still want the food. They were nice about it and still made my order even though it was close to closing time.

On the sign, it says happy hours from 3 to 5… I showed up at 5: 02. They said I missed happy hour at 5 o’clock OK I paid full price. I Make sure I ordered before 5 o’clock today and they told me that I had to be in the building to order tacos before 5 o’clock which wasn’t told to me before or was not posted on the sign …what it says is that you have to pay in cash from 3 to 5 for happy hour Tacos! Then I asked to talk to the manager …. Manager did have the guts enough to stand up for his company and come out and talk to me then I asked him is it worth you losing a customer and they said yes …I guess customer service is not their best quality. I spend no less than 88 dollars when I buy for my family every time. But I will not no more!

This place has some legit authentic tacos. Would be back here all the time if I lived close. Amazing prices.

Second time here and we had ordered 3 Fajita plates! Only one came out and 15 mins later, the other two! We couldn’t eat together as the first had started to get cold! No onion or green pepper in the first, just large pieces of skirt steak!
Got the bill, a whopping $55.00 (3 waters) and the cheese and sour cream was an extra charge! We won’t be back!

We were the only ones in the restaurant. The waitress brought our food never say her again.when we tried to pay I stood there waiting.all they were doing was talking to one another.
I finally opened the door they came running.
The food was good and the prices were good.if you want good service you might want to retink coming here

Waitress was nice. The Chile relleno was the greasiest Ive ever experienced, chips were obviously old, and the chimichanga was greasy and hard.

Do you like the soggiest food, dripping with intense amounts of grease? Then this place is for you!

Nice place food is ok and hot but waitress doesn't come to you to see if you need anything else very poor customer service

Deliciousness! Wednesday and Saturday is $1 street tacos and they are the bomb! Jori was our server and she was so cheerful and had a great attitude!
