Hard dealing with a machine. The sound of the machine didn’t work. However the lady Maria was very helpful on the phone. Except for the delayed confirmation email. When we got to the storage unit, the padlock wasn’t there. So another call was made.
All in all, the experience was inefficient. But, at least now we can shift our personal effects.

Access code didnt work. Had to call four times over a two hour period before getting a temp code. Still havent heard from a manager.

I've used this facility on and off as needed for a few years, they're great! Easy to talk to, the process is the easiest, clean place, safe place.
