We had a great time out on the water despite a rain delay. They can't control the weather, but the staff did an awesome job adapting and will go back for the 4th year in a row next year!

My family had an excellent experience with Xtreme H2O! We rented 3 jet skis and had an absolute BLAST! We’re looking forward to parasailing with you all TOMORROW! Great rates, well-informed staff, very pleased family. This just became my #1 place for my “water-sport itch” in Destin.

We had an absolute blast parasailing! Will and Chris were awesome, no issues at all with the reservation, a great experience!

Terrible experience! Made reservations for 10: 15, arrived 1 he 15 minutes early. Had two take boaters test and waited to get back to the window only for them to say we missed our time because we could not get back to the window in time. We never left site of the window! Very disorganized management of guests and overall experience! Don’t waste your time with this place!

This place is horrible. We made a reservation for jet skis at 9: 30 we got there before 9 and they had us fill out paper work and when we tried to give them back all they were doing was booking boaters who’s reservations were at 11. By the time we gave them our papers they told us we missed our reservation and they had to push us back to 2 and said it was our fault. This place has the worst system and the people were rude. DO NOT go it’s a waste of time because they will push you back no matter what.

Highly recommendable, very professional, and affordable! HUGE shout out to Sunny and Macey! BIG ASSETS to this company! Will definitely be back next vacation!

Owner’s daughter working check in hut was extremely rude and unhelpful. Acted very inconvenienced by simple questions about the rental. Deck hands were great. We had pontoon boot problems with ladder and radio did not work.

Best place to rent a boat and jet skis for bachelor parties! The guys had a great time and the girls in the office were nice and the guys on the docks were cool. Highly recommend.

Not sure what happened on the few negative reviews, but the staff was amazingly quick, attentive and rush me and my family right to the water. Not sure if it’s due to reading what to do or where to go beforehand, but educate yourself! I would absolutely rent from these guys/ladies again. It’s my daughters fall break from 5th grade and she is having a blast. Thank You!

Rented a pontoon boat, booked it online. It was easy to find the place and checkin was a breeze. The interior of the boat was very nice. The gentleman helping us onto the boat was great. We were on the boat for about 2 hours when the engine shut down. We called and had to leave a message when this happened. 20 mins later I called and the girl who answered acknowledged they received the message. 20 mins after that still no word so I called back. The girl had no idea what was going on and I could hear her complaining that we "kept calling". Long story short, an hour later someone was finally there to help.

This was our first experience on a pontoon boat. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were provided with instructions and a map.
The ride was very relaxing and truly made for a fun family day.

My husband and I did the dolphin tour and it was awesome! It was windy that day and they said it may be rough and offered to refund us but we stuck it out and I’m glad we did! It really was only rough in the bay coming back. We went at 10 and and saw some dolphins - one really close to us that we were able to stick by for at least 10 minutes! Our guide was awesome. Would definitely return and rent a jet ski from them again.

Had a GREAT time jet skiing on the Gulf. We got to see many dolphins thanks to our tour guide - even a mom and BABY dolphin! Could have used a little better communication regarding when the tour was over and we had "free time" to ride.

Some of the fastest jet ski rentals that you can get in the Gulf recommend them all the way great customer service very relaxed huge range they actually advise what kind of waves you can hit in the open ocean what's ones you should avoid they go into detail about what areas to avoid where the sharks are at.

Awesome folks. I did the parasailing, but forgot I had glasses when I was going up, Jared was very thoughtful in not dipping me fully. The parasailing itself was awesome.

Nasty nasty girls work here with to worst attitude I'd give the employee girls a lover rating If I could but anyways I was in a public parking spot for a tackle shop to buy stuff and she had the nerve to walk way way all the way over to me just to say I cant park here I ask if she own the place and her reply who cares

Sooooooooo much fun. The ENTIRE staff was awesome and helpful.not to mention the guy that teaches you is oh so easy on the eyes

The crew was extremely knowledgeable and made everything run smoothly. We we're a bit nervous but it was extremely smooth all around and definitely glad we got the photo package

Although it was a Labor Day weekend rental I would have expected that they have more than one person taking in the rentals contracts and money. It went it would have been much more efficient if two people could have handled the transactions because that line wrapped around the rental building and onto the sidewalk

As busy as they are, they really took care of us on our pontoon rentals. Might want to bring a bluetooth speaker as the radio dis not work.but they mention that on their website.
