Yak & Yeti Restaurant reviews
18I'm gonna be completely honest. Their Chicken Fried Rice was better than the ones they make back home. We did not wait in line to order our food and quixkly found a table to eat near by. Like I said before, the rice was very good and it has the right portion size for a lunch meal. I was also bought one order of Pork Egg Rolls (2) which were also very good. My wife ordered Korean Chicken Sandwich with fries (she loved it) and we also ordered two Chicken Fingers Kids meals for our kids. Lots of value. Inexpensive, fulfilling and tasty food. This is an excellent spot to grab a quick bite, especially for lunch.
The food here is soooooo good. I suggest you try EVERYTHING. The kids had great options and enjoyed the food very much as well. The menu is extensive and delicious. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They entertained the kids as well. I suggest coming here and beating the heat.
Yak and Yeti is a must dine when we go to Animal Kingdom. The Ahi Tuna nachos were delicious, Honey Chicken and Korean Beef was excellent.
Great food! Enjoyed the garlic noodles and they made me sweet and sour "chicken" with plant based substitute which I appreciated!
Fantastic restaurant for Asian style food. I had the best burger of my vacation there. Our server was amazing and very friendly.
This place was amazing! Kinda pricier than I usually pay, but it's Disney, what do you expect. I got the chicken curry. It was spicy but not too spicy. It was the best I've ever had. The rice was to die for! My family got shrimp, lobster, steak, macaroni, and more, and everyone loved it. Great place to sit and relax for a bit!
Words cannot describe how fun this restaurant is, it looks small on the outside but turns out it’s way bigger inside and I’m so grateful we were lucky enough to be seated upstairs! The food here was great, our server was awesome, the view from upstairs was superb, the ambience was energetic and I love the funky southeast Asian decor, 10 out of 10! Can’t wait to come back!
The best ribeye steak I've ever eaten, what a delicious flavor, the vegetables are super fresh and tasty, the service is great, the spicy watermelon margarita is refreshing and spectacular I could go to Animal Kingdom just to eat here
Never a bad meal here. The Asian fusion menu is accessible to most palates and the cocktail menu is stellar.
Yak and Yeti is one of my all time favorite restaurants. Not just at Disney but anywhere. It is a casual yet high end restaurant all in one. There is not a bad choice on the menu. We have been there enough times to have tried virtually everything. My all time favorite is the combo lo mien as seen in the picture. I apologize for the dish not looking perfectly but we were so excited to eat this food that we forgot to take the picture first. The teriyaki chicken is also delicious. For dessert, the fried pineapple wontons are absolutely incredible and it’s a dessert that you just can’t get anywhere else. This place is where we choose to go when we have a birthday or a special event. Heck, my wife and I even went here on or 24th anniversary. Keep in mind, you have to have park reservations and tickets to get into animal kingdom so it’s not just reservations but if you’re able to get into animal kingdom as we are with our annual passes, it’s an amazing place to have dinner. This is also a Landrys Select Club restaurant so if you’re a member, you don’t even need reservations to get a table. Dessert, then Expedition Everest. What could be better to end an evening?
The food was meh. I thought I’d like it better because it was Disney, but it was just like any other food I could get around my hometown. Service and atmosphere top notch!
Awesome experience and our best meal at Disney so far, and we have had a ton. Everything was delicious, and our waiter was exceptional!
Thank you to our waiter, Luis! We had an excellent time.
Yak & Yeti is an Asian fusion restaurant located in the Asia section of Animal Kingdom. The decor is very interesting; as it showcases many Buddha statues, artifacts, and more. Our service was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. However, burger had no cheese when we said we wanted it.
The food is overall good. The Korean Chicken had a good flavor and heat; and was by far the best thing we ate. The teriyaki chicken was fine, and the Sweet and Sour Chicken tasted great! It was sweet, but was also flavorful. Overall, would recommend Yak and Yeti.
WAKE UP DISNEY MANAGEMENT
The service sucks! The front staff are on a powertrip of their own. Unlike the disney theme for superior service, they stand out in stark contrast of the worst service possible in the entire service industry of the US, throw in some waitstaff with nasty cold vibes and dont-care attitudes, you have the entire restaurant staff in a nutshell. Mismanaged to a nightmarish degree. Only didn't walk out because we had older people and little kids who were tired and hungry. Will never step foot in there again.
Exquisite food. Atmosphere and careful attention. A special place to eat in Animal Kingdom.
The food was lovely for what we had got, being vegetarian there was only one option available to us which was a impossible sandwhich which was lovely.
However at the entrance to the park we asked about fried rice and if the meat could be removed and we were told it was cooked to order, all Disney blogs and instagrams also confirm this but upon asking at the restaurant the server said that it's not available and never had been which we know to be somewhat of a lie.
Food you get is lovely but isn't all we were told.
Hands-down the best restaurant in Animal Kingdom, and probably all of disney world. I make sure to make a reservation every time I visit the parks. Highly recommend sitting on the 2nd floor- the atmosphere is perfect!
I LOVE YAK AND YETI BEST RESTAURANT ON PROPERTY.been to disney more times i can count, and i will always want to eat here when in the bubble.
