7The park in itself was fine, the parking was the worst thing I had ever seen! I just was so disappointed with the people their language was deplorable! The park was dirty litter was thrown everywhere I saw trash cans but it was so sad to see people disrespect the area in which the taxpayers have paid and apparently must pay for the cleanup of that park, the lady next to me was eating corn and boiled peanuts which no doubt was very delicious she through the holes right there on the sidewalk where people had to walk by, it's not the area many times its how people don't have any dignity about keeping the area they are in clean and the sad thing about it was the children was doing the same thing which means they had been taught to oh, go ahead and make a mess children someone else will clean it up Shame Shame Shame! To the parents!
Nice park with basketball courts, tennis courts, baseball fields, playground with 3 slides and swings.
Nice field, lots of parking. The area isn't to sketchy during the day. Bleachers on both sides of the field.
I enjoyed my visit at Yancey Park today, however, it would've been much better if the City of Jacksonville would have/show concern by cutting the grass.
The park was clean the people were friend and the kids had a great time what like parks should be
Great! Plenty of room for the kiddos to run and play and be with other kids their age and older. The boys were over stimulated with all the activities going on haha! But I enjoyed watching them interact with kids!
