Joe and his crew did a great job painting the exterior of our home. They were there when they said they would be, took great care in neatness and quality of their work. They were very respectful of our property and the quality of the completed paint job well exceeded our expectations. Yeaman Painting is professional and we highly recommend them. If we could give them 10* we would!

Reliable (showed up when agreed upon, did work in time they said) very competent painters (powerwash, too!) Do a lot of little extras. Acrobats on high ladders. Reasonable price. Will use again.

When I moved into my condo, I knew it would need a fresh paint job sooner than later. I wanted to ensure the task was done well, so I asked my friends and family for some advice on who to hire. In the meantime, I met Joe through one of my clients and was impressed with his work. While we discussed the project, Joe was professional, listening attentively to my ideas and sharing his expert opinions to help steer the plan in the right direction. When talking with him, you can tell that he is passionate and knowledgeable about his work. His crew also showed to be detail-oriented and promptly delivered impeccable service on the walls, doors, and baseboards. We are very happy with the painting of our screen enclosure and the painting of our master bathroom that was completed by Yeaman Painting. Our house is 5 1/2 years old and was in need of interior painting. While visiting a family member who had used Yeaman Painting for the interior of her house, I had an opportunity to see the excellent quality of their work first hand.
When I contacted the owner Joe Yeaman, he responded immediately. He came to our home to see what the job entailed and had a written quote ready for us the next day. We agreed on a start date and duration of the work. They worked Monday - Friday 8: 00 am - 4: 00 pm. Joe and his two very skilled painters started on time and completed the work as agreed upon. They were meticulous in their prep work (taping, small nail hole repairs, etc) and in their painting. The house looks so much better than it did when we bought it new!

Joe & his team were outstanding from the start. We had several other quotes for repainting our vintage aluminum home. Another contractors first words when surveying our house were "you realize this is Florida right? - rust always comes back. " haha.

Joe's first comment on out metal carport posts were - "we'll have to neutralize the rust, then put down a zinc primer before we paint. " Music to my ears. Joe is a total professional that takes pride in his work!

House was cleaned and primed completely. Two coats of a superior paint from Benjamin Moore. Looks Beautiful.

I highly recommend Joe Yeaman Painting. I recently had them paint all of the ceilings in my home. I have high cathedral ceilings which is not an easy job. Joe and crew did a high quality job. They are everything you want in a painting job: high quality result, attention to detail, professional, respectful, prompt, trustworthy, non-intrusive in your home, and very diligent and careful about covering your furniture/floors/housewares to protect them from paint. I’m planning to have Joe come back to paint my walls after my new flooring goes in. Don’t hesitate hiring Joe. You won’t find anyone better.
