We used an area leak detection service (SLD) and they could not figure out how to solve our spa leak. They scratched their heads and even drilled a hole in the wall (which they didn't fix) and then decided they couldn't figure it out, charged us and left us with no options.

My pool pump wouldn't come on, after calling many big box stores and getting weeks for a time frame to come out. Called Yellow Duck and they sent a technician (Tucker) out in 4 days and found my pump had burned out and needed a replacement. They ordered a pump and replaced within 7-10 days. Byron did an exemplary job, replaced/installed in a matter of minutes. My pool is back up and running, looks beautiful. Very knowledgeable and professional. I will use them for all pool problems. A+
