I tried twice to eat at this restaurant, but it was always full. Today was my lucky day. Delicious food and service were excellent.

Food came quick! Apple butter on the table is so good! Meatloaf is to die for. Everything was so good!

One of the best places I've ever ate at. I'd recommend you come here hungry and ready to be full by the time you leave the chicken was amazing, and the country cooking was amazing. You could easily tell the freshness of the apples they use for the baked apples. The chicken stuffing was also really good. AND THE HOMEADE APPLE BUTTER. I just wished I had room for dessert because it looked amazing. Definitely wont be the last time I come here.

We have been going to yoders off and on for many years and food has always been great however, this past Saturday the food was not up to par. Ordered turkey which was shredded, mashed potatoes and green beans. I belive the mashed potatoes were instant because they were gluey and the green beans were canned. Tasteless. We travel all the way up from Port Charlotte. Was slightly disappointed

Very friendly team, fast and courteous service. Portions are plentiful and prices seem fair. The food? Amazing. A must try in Sarasota.

Both the food and service were excellent. It had been several years since we'd eaten here and we had forgotten how good the food was. The broasted chicken is out of this world and the Mama's meatloaf is the best I've ever eaten. Even the sides are amazing. The Amish noodles, the potato cakes, the mac & cheese, all putstanding. And the beef gravy is the best I've had outside my own kitchen. Can't recommend Yoder's enough.

Best food. Carrie was a wonderful server. I highly recommend their Mac & cheese. All the food was excellent. The chocolate cake, so yummy.

Even though they are known for their chicken, I found it to be slightly dry. However, everything else I tried was great. Food was hearty and comforting. The pies were a home run, and the selection was second to none! I recommend the black raspberry and apple! And the apple butter was simply amazing!

Been here over 20 times and everytime its superb. It reminds me of going over to my grandma's house when I was a kid. Great home cooking and have never had a bad meal. The employees are also real nice and make you feel at home.

I’ve been trying to get my hands on their fresh peach pie for years and I lucked out this last visit. No matter what I thought it was going to taste like, my expectations were exceeded. My life is now irrevocably split into two halves. Before Yoder’s Fresh Peach Pie … and everything that comes after.

Ordered best Cobb salad with Yoders French salad dressing. Delicious! Enough for 2 meals!

If I could, I would come here at least once a week. We were out of town, driving back home to Florida when we drove far out of our way to stop here. I have been here many years before, but had to make my wife try it.

We ordered so much food, and it was literally only $33. To say that it is fairly prices is an understatement. The food is fresh, and you can taste the quality of it. If you’re thinking about going out of your way to come here, you should.

Only downfall was that the shop next door was closed. Apparently they are only open on the weekends and not owned by the same family that owns Yoders.

I don't know why but it doesn't give me an option to upload a picture. I got a fried chicken BLT with fried okra and a banana cheesecake 5 stars without a doubt. My boyfriend got pot roast melt and chocolate cream pie everything was fantastic as it always is. Clean environment, great customer service, delicious food in a timely manner.

We stumbled upon this Amish restaurant by chance and out of curiosity, tried it for dinner. Exceptional! The menu is that of the south, a little "from the grandmother". We got fried chicken strips with puree for the baby; liver with onions with a side of puree and gravy and cole slow; fried chicken with a side of Amish bread (like a savory pancake with onions) and green beans. All excellent! To drink water and an excellent sweet tea! To finish a slice of lemon cake. Super! We spent $51. We enjoyed it so much that we went back two more times: once to visit the market and get a peach cake (very good and light despite the cream) ; the other time for a new dinner: this time we had: chili; roast beef with apple side dish; country fried steak with a side of Mac & cheese and puree with gravy sauce; strips of fried chicken with puree for the baby. To drink sweet tea (free refill), apple juice and water. All always very good. Well cooked and flavorful. The meat is really tender and the baked apples come with a super sauce. Finally we had a slice of cake with strawberries and a classic apple pie. Both amazing. Total spend $66. If we had this restaurant on our doorstep we would go there at least once a week. Super recommended!

This is a place for people who have never eaten in a fine restaurant. It was a cool day in March and the first thing I ordered was soup. What was brought to me looked like a bowl of milk. When I put my spoon in the bowl, I saw some chunks of what looked like ham floating around. The look and smell of this dish made me nauseous and I had it quickly taken away! I had ordered the meat loaf and was given a large block of chopped meat. It could have been used to anchor a small boat! I chipped some of it away and can only tell you it had absolutely no taste! This was strike two. I then tried a piece of banana cream pie. The pies were in a carousel and had an amorphous large amount of cream on them, making it impossible by sight to tell one flavor from another. At this point, I threw in the towel! I can only say that this place is for people who do not care about how food looks and tastes, but only care about portion size and price!

Maria was very charismatic. All the gals had a great demeanor. The roast sandwich with au jus was bang'n. Kick it there for a great meal!
