Great first class! As a person who is new to yoga, I felt welcomed. The classes were instructional and the instructor warm, friendly, and knowledgable! The space is relaxing and peaceful.

This is a great yoga studio! I was visiting the area for a couple weeks and really enjoyed the variety of classes. All the teachers are super friendly and the classes are challenging enough to keep it interesting for seasoned yogis but totally accessible for beginners. I liked the Wandering Yogi special and recommend Madison's classes for fun, interesting flows.

A fantastic yoga studio! The instructors guide you through and they adjust to your needs. They have so many types of classes. From the beginner to the advanced. It is about the whole yoga experience. It can change your life. Right in downtown Cocoa Beach. You couldn’t ask for a better experience. Give it a try. Instructors are the best.

This was my first visit to Yoga Bliss.
I will definitely be returning because 1) Madison's Warm Power Yoga class was awesome, 2) the energy of the studio was great (everyone was very welcoming), 3) the studio space is quite nice, and 4) I like that there are lots of class options. Highly recommend!

Ginny's Chakra clensing/aligning program was a great experience. She is obviouxly well versed in this field and it shows that she loves to share her knowledge. I will come to more of her programs when they are offered.

Great instruction. Welcoming environment. Easy to find for a wandering yogi. Loved the studio and the atmosphere.

I was in Cocoa beach for three weeks and luckily found this great little studio. It had a very nice community feel to it and all of the instructors and participants made me feel very welcome and at home. Madison, in particular, gave a great warm power yoga class and the aerial yoga was also very fun. It was an unexpected pleasure finding this yoga studio on my vacation. Highly recommended.

I took a Yin yoga with meditation from the owner and the class was so good. I love how they burn incense so it smells so good the whole time. The whole atmosphere and decor is very calming. The owner was so sweet. She had some perfume oils and I really loved them but she didn’t have more just the sample one and she said I could just have it. It was so sweet of her! I highly recommend this place! I took a class the day before from Paige and she was great as well, she was technical and made sure your form was correct.

Had such a good experience. New to yoga and bought the unlimited 1 week pass to try it out. Went 6-7 classes. Jules was great and really sets the stage for a good session. The facilities are clean and everyone is friendly. Go try it out. Nothing but positive things to say.

We took a Friday sunrise beach class with Infinity and it was the perfect way to begin the weekend. The practice was rejuvenating, the teacher was professional, and the ocean backdrop at dawn was incredible! Cooling down after with a morning swim was a welcome bonus.

I attended a warm flow class here when I was in town visiting and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I have some experience but still consider myself very much a beginner and the teacher was great about giving options for the more advanced yogis while providing an enjoyable and challenging space for me as well.

I had the pleasure of visiting Infinity Yoga and Ayurveda a few times now; and let me say that I was beyond impressed! The place always looks immaculate and made me feel extremely safe and comfortable with their sanitation and cleanliness during COVID. The teachers are all extremely passionate about what they do and it is easy to feel their desire to share and guide their students through an authentic yogic experience! I came in a bit tired and worn out and I left the studio after taking class rejuvenated, refreshed and revived! I will definitely visit Infinity Yoga again and would highly recommend this place as a zen sanctuary. Thank you!
