I use to go frequently with my family. The best yogurt ice cream I have had in my life. I don’t give you 5 stars because of your employees. I don’t know if you have more employees, but the two blond girls I always see, are not friendly at all. They look always like are mad, bored and never answer when we say hello. Honestly, you have to check what is going on with your employees.

I come here sometimes and it’s pretty good. It’s a nice place to grab yogurt and I love all the toppings. I went in this evening and the girl working Kadyence was sitting with her feet on the counter, which is quite gross considering your right next to food. She wouldn’t pay any attention to us and watching videos loudly on her phone when we were at the register. An overall very poor experience. I won’t be coming back because of this encounter and really encourage the management to reconsider their employees. Also when handing me the sample cup her entire finger was in it.

My boys love it, me and my wife as well. Endless toppings for you frozen yogurt! I highly recommend it!

Such a treat! And pricing wasn't terrible. Family of 3 i paid 18$ and we each got such different desserts that were delicious.

It was my first time. A few of the flavors were empty and some were melted like milk shake. It was almost closing time and staff was tired and not too helpful, not what I expected.

I love fro yo and their options change every month which allows me to keep trying all the wonderful Flavors. It has dairy free options as well for my daughter who is lactose intolerant.

WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT GO!

Today i went by myself and got a little bit of frozen yogurt and the total was 22 dollars. They have barely any selection of frozen yogurt and the toppings were stale to the point that it hurt my teeth just trying to bite down on it. The cashier was super rude and didnt smile at all.

We usually go almost every Friday. The cashier (Kennedy) at the register rang us up for $20 which I knew was incorrect because our bill has never been over $18 for 3 people. So I asked her to ring it up again. She was extremely argumentative but I insisted she do it again. When she rang it up again it was only $9! When she realized it was wrong she insisted it was because my daughter was touching the scale. She was SO RUDE AND ARGUMENTATIVE AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME REFUND because my daughter was touching the scale! All while barely making any eye contact. After arguing with me, the other cashier (Nicole) stepped in and finally said she could only give me a cash refund! All while the other cashier is telling her I’m in the wrong. I told them I’m more then happy to pay for the ice cream that was in the cups. Kennedy continued to argue with me! I received no type of apology either. The manager was not there at the time but I will be coming in to speak to the manager in person.

I love this place but looks like they are turning it into a cookie place was closed when we came with cookie signs all over

Had a late night craving for yogurt so came here and although my experience wasn’t terrible it wasn’t great either. The Bottoming toppings were almost stale and the containers were almost empty! They did however have a large variety of other sweet toppings so I give them credit for that. The big reason for the 3 stars is the poor customer service. The employees need to be trained again on how to greet customers as they check out, make eye contact, and most importantly SMILE!

Love the yogurt which u can try all of them before you decide and there is a ton of toppings to choose from love the bobas my only thing is there was only one kind last time I went when usually there are 3

I finally got to try this place bc I heard a lot of good things about it but it disappointed me. I thought it was supposed to have interesting and exotic fro yo flavors but it doesnt. It's just like any other froyo place I've been to. My froyo in the picture is what I make at every fro yo place when there isnt anything interesting to pick. I always go all fresh fruit toppings, peanuts, maraschino cherries, and a fruit based froyo. Next time I want froyo I'll just go to my local one instead of driving 30 minutes to this one bc it was a waste of time.

Love the concept of get as much as you want, and the price is based on weight. However, I was a little bothered that an associate stated everyone must use hand sanitizer (which was provided at the front), but just in the time I was there 7 customers walked in and didn’t bother using the hand sanitizer, nor did any employee wipe anything down in between guests. Gross. I won’t be back.

This place is really organized and clean, you can create your o n yogurt and you can create it on your phone or in the stores.

Went there for the first time. I loved it the worker that was there was so nice and personable. She was very helpful and clear with instructions, since once again it was my first time visiting. Also they are so clean and tidy.

Plenty of favor options & tons of toppings! A little pricey in my opinion. You can put as much that will fit in your cup but you pay by weight. Grandkids loved it!

Its always a very pleasant atmosphere! Very clean and great selections for toppings and froyo! We always take out of towners here.

It was AMAZING My family and I loved it we have been going there since I was smaller Ive always had a thing with yogurt and icecream so its always nice going i would recomend going with a mask for coronavirus because some people dont bring any but other then that enjoy it, its amazing

Good frozen yogurt selections with unlimited topping possibilities! They have everything you can think of for a topping! Clean, fresh and fast. You pay by the weight of the yogurt cup. One of our favs now when on 4th street!

Lots of toppings and options! Crazy. Only bad part is its a bit awkward how they have to come out and stand next to you to sample flavors, but I can see how that prevents abuse.
