Yolanda Kieser, DMD, Fort Myers FL

I've had little interaction with this office being that i'm a new patient, however I went for my consultation after being referred to this office from Lee Dental Care and it has been smooth sailing and great customer service from their front desk staff. In addition, I've met with Dr. Kieser and she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. At my consultation her staff was prepared to give me through information of my payment plan and what expected cost my insurance would be covering and got me set up with spacers the SAME DAY (which only took a few minutes) and an appointment this coming week to get my braces on.

As a side note, one of my spacers popped and I contacted the office the next day and they were very helpful as they worked with my schedule at the last minute to get me in their office.

The doctor is extremely rude, and lacked the competence to move teeth with proficiency. Had to cancel contract and have another orthodontist do the work. I also noticed high number of severe neurological complications with his patients.
