Great place to work out. Clean and always dedicated to their clients. Naomi is one of the best personal that work the front. Anything you have questions for or need she finds a way to make it happen. The equipment always clean and never broken. Would not leave to go to another.

This place is a scam. They have been charging my boyfriends account for a gym membership even though we haven’t been in the state since Covid started. I tried canceling on the phone and was unable to do so.

To do this to members who had to move due to a global pandemic is ridiculous.

I have to go onto a computer and print an entire document, mail it and send them 10$ cash to cancel.

Canceling a membership shouldn’t be this difficult. Everything is paperless and on the computer these days. Thanks Youfit

Update: was able to cancel with the help of Willis, who was absolutely fantastic. Talking to cooperate later on this week about getting a refund, as I was also charged for the months where the gym was closed throughout the pandemic. Will update according to cooperate action.

Cancelled my membership in March when pandemic started. Continued to charge my debit card for 3 months. I got a new debit card that I didn’t give to them, and they ended up charging that one too. Charged for all 3 months while the gym was literally closed. Texted every other day regarding past due, even after I called and canceled my membership. Today they call me AGAIN and say I’m responsible for the past due amount. Ummmmm, no thanks YouFit. Watch it with these guys, horrid customer service and billing policies. Beware.

This place is horrible. I picked up someone keys by mistake which I was threatened and had to fear my life. They had even allowed other members of the gym watch.management is horrible. I would never come to this gym in my life.

Happy with the equipment, don't like their customer service and the hours of operation on the weekends are very inconvenient! From 8 to 8 due to work I'm Not able to go those days.

I've been going to this Youfit for about a year now. Cheap monthly membership, friendly staff, and big area for working out. Highly recommend.

Nice staff and plenty of exercise machines, day time in the week is less busy. Very clean place to workout.

My gym, where I train almost every day. Love the staff, the environment, the atmosphere, and the equipment upgrades. I only wish it wasn’t so crowded these days. Peak hour coverage makes it near impossible to get a set in even on machines. That’s enough to make anyone a little disgruntled, especially if your with a partner. Kills the vibes right away when five out of five areas you want to work out in are clogged.

I wonder if an expansion could be in order

Nice gym that caters to the more “mature” crowd. I hate the intimidating environment of some of the big box gyms. Members and staff are generally more polite as a whole. The hours are convenient and the facility is clean and well kept. They have newer equipment; nothing worse than a room full of treadmills and stationary bikes.

Well, service is good but I think that machines have to be more clean. And something strange is that no one of their staff is in the second floor, at least one of them have to be there in case something bad happens.

I returned to Paradise the first week of October, and renewed my membership at YouFit, Oakland Park.

Under the leadership of a new manager, Steve, and a handful of dedicated key employees, has been, promising improvement.

YouFit is a well equipped health club, convenient, and economical. I sincerely hope the club continues to stay focused on maintaining a positive, nurturing environment ;,

Nice job upper management. Clean friendly environment to be in. I actually look forward to my workouts. And thanks Scott for the help it’s starting to show.

Clean location, I got my squats and leg workout in, would have been nice to have the Monday Night Football game on the Tvs. Honestly for the price and location $120 for the year or 200 with all locations. Why not? Or you can do the 12$ fee and 10$ a month. Whatever works for you.

Little to no customer service, very unorganized, I canceled, paid the fee, waiting the time they told me to wait (2015). Came back today to $160+ in fees that have "accumulated", My friend cancelled asap, I rather set her up in any of the better gyms in the same area. Offered no help, pay the fee because we can't let you come in as someone else's guest. Didn't say anything the last 7 times I came in as her guest.

The cycling room is not open only for classes which is a really deal breaker, not just that but the club opens at 8am when other clubs open at 5 am. It is not 24 hrs this location either. Trx is only for pt classes which that's another not so great thing.

If you are looking for a place to work out and be left alone this is NOT IT. The place is crawling with gym pests with no clue about gym etiquette and the staff is rude. Should get zero stars but that's not possible,

I 'YouFit' gym hop depending upon the area in which I am working. This YouFit is my favorite! Great selection of Cybex equipment!
