I never write reviews. But in this case I must. I’ve purchased my share of homes and experienced many different realtors. However, I am very disappointed in Jesse Warmka. I recently purchased a condo in Daytona Beach shores and red flags went up when the closing title company had never met the sellers agent. I had several questions and issues that went unanswered at closing. My agent continually emailed and text him to his business email and personal email with no reply. From the day of closing, shelving was missing and unaccounted for. But most importantly, Seller’s disclosure was inaccurate with serious issues and still no reply from Jesse Warmka. I would NEVER use him again and would NEVER recommend him or his company. Very disappointing.
