We had Your Hometown Handyman LLC do some trim work for us in our bathrooms/kitchen and were very pleased with the work that was done. Ian is a professional. On time, respectful, polite, and dilligent. Ian is a perfectionist. He refused to take payment until the job was 100% complete and to standard. My wife was comfortable with him in the house, we have had other handyman working here and they were, in her words, “super Creepy” and it was just no bueno. Ian, actually repaired my ceiling, where someone put their foot thru. It was done with excellent craftsmanship and had blended it in perfectly. He then had to match the popcorn ceiling texture and he performed that with excellent professionalism. He took great care of all the surroundings and thoroughly cleaned everything after his work. Mr. Balzer was recommended to me by a friend that was pleased with work he had done for him. I had been looking for someone to do an extensive repair on a back porch which inclued: roof, gutter, screen enclosure, overhangs etc, in short, it was a big job. Ian did a fantastic job and was very detailed making sure that both the quality of the workmanship and aesthetic were of superior quality. His price was reasonable and all was completed in a timely manner. Plus, his level of communication, explaining and keeping me updated on the project, went beyond expectation. We had a hanging hammock chair installed in our daughters room. Ian did a great job making it secure, even going up into our attic to brace it. Ian did an excellent job of repairing drywall, baseboard and windowsills that were chewed by our dog! He also installed power outlets and nest cameras on the outside of our home! I’m pretty sure he can do anything! Very detail oriented and extremely professional!
