Your Kid's Urgent Care - Orlando

Truly amazing staff of caring professionals! I would recommend this facility to anyone. Kathleen and Edita, took the time to listen and were empathetic.

I was able to bring my daughter in as a walk in and got her seen in no time. The staff was very welcoming and professional I'm glad I brought her there she was very much cared for.

Great place to bring the kids when sick. Front desk is super helpful as so is the staff. We got in and out quickly. Our son was given a lollipop on the way out. Recommend

First time here and It was amazing. The staff is polite and kind. The doctor was excellent.

I can not say enough about Your Kid's Urgent Care - Orlando in the plaza at Conway & Michigan. So close, so convenient, affordable, open 7 days a week (!) and the staff has always been amazing. I’ve taken both my boys there multiple times, got in the same day, and couldn’t be happier with the care received, timeliness, and cleanliness. Bonus points for being able to book online and upload all insurance info as well as drivers license photos.

So quick and efficient when I brought my 2 year old in. I called the day after the appointment for some follow up and they were quick to return my call. Wonderful and kind staff!

They were absolutely fabulous! We are on vacation and needed asthma treatment for our daughter. We got in quickly and the staff was so sweet and caring!

They gave me a bad diagnosis for my baby, I took her home without medication or anything with a wrong diagnosis, my baby continued to be sick, we went to the hospital and it was another diagnosis.

Awesome office! Very friendly staff, clean office, rarely has a wait time. Highly recommend!

Everyone we interacted with was wonderful and so helpful. Our son was very comfortable around them and they made him feel so much better. We are on vacation and wasn’t expecting to have to make a trip to urgent care but I am so grateful we found them and they took care of our boy! Very fast and got us right in.

I felt at home …… the doctor, the nurses were very kind, the waiting time was very short for what I thought they were going to take me. Thanks to them and the whole process, my son was very well attended, I definitely recommend it 100%.

I walk in and it was empty. We get call to the room and waited over 20 mins! It was empty, we were the only people there and we still had to wait so long and you hear the workers just having personal conversation. I walked out! No reason to wait if we were the only people there! Horrible

Today I tried to get the slot information thru the phone. But the lady on the line was showing attitude. Because of that I had to go to other urgent care. Learn to treat patients well first.

The service here was quick and friendly. The facility was very nice and super kid friendly. Highly recommend visiting this urgent care for last minute mishaps with the kiddos that do not require emergency room care!

The service was great! The girls were great! A bussy Friday night and the handle it very well. They help us very fast. I recommend this place. The doctor was great. The place was clean.
