YOUR MECHANIC 813, Brandon FL

I came in to get my headlights replaced after an accident left the driver light broken, and I had ordered the headlights myself a few days before to make things easier. I was quoted $311 for the job. After the initial inspection there was slight hesitation because my frame was off due to the accident and some things were loose under the hood and they were unsure of how to go about fixing it. When I was told my car was ready, they had fixed the frame and straightened everything out on their own volition and the price was as quoted, $311. Excellent service 5 stars, very nice mechanics and I will 100% be coming back.

Sergio and Tony were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were hard working and followed through on my vehicle. When I drove away I was confident in the work they performed. The price for service was fair. I am a satisfied customer!

This shop is an embarrassment to legit businesses and a disgrace to car communities. THEY DELETE BAD REVIEWS & also try to scam people for their money and are very lucky that they still have access to an LLC…please do not try to scam anyone else anymore you will fail buddy. The fat guy can eat a frank and find a new fraud method!

Beware of this mechanic shop, they have a history of removing bad reviews.

I know what mechanic shop I was referring to, there were no mistakes made there. However, I could be located in Kuwait and that doesn’t necessarily mean I haven’t come across your lack of professionalism and poor service. Anyone who leaves a bad review due to the negligence of YOUR shop, you have removed it to make your shop remain reputable. When we both know that is not the case. From what I can tell there are several others who feel the same way and OUR or in your own words “are” opinions matter since we are the ones who pay our hard earned money to have a service done but no communication is provided. Soon as you receive a form of payment this shop thinks that’s where the issues end and are resolved. Don’t play with me play with your mama.

I have been taking my car to Sergio and Tony since Nov and they always make sure the issue is fixed and that it’s done as quickly as possible and for the right price. I am a single mom working multiple jobs and I can trust that they are honest, reliable and keeping me and my kids safe. I won’t go anywhere else!

Sergio and Tony where very polite. They charged us what they quoted us, and did an excellent job making repairs. They finished in the time frame they said it would get finished. Also any questions we had, Sergio kept us informed. Great job.

This place was recommended to me on a fb group.called for a quote.prices seemed good.made a appointment and dropped the car off, had a axle and clutch slave cylinder replaced.picked the car up at the end of the day.front office is nice and clean.my only concern was the amount of cars parked infront of the buisness limiting parking.will use this buisness again more than likely.
**Update**
a day or two after leaving this shop the car had a horrendous squealing and grinding from the front passenger wheel (which was the same wheel i had the axle replace)
went to another shop to have things looked over.mechanic found one of the studs seems to have been replaced and a large ridge on the hub (from a hammer strike that was assumed from stud replacement) was preventing the wheel from sitting properly.i never had a stud replaced on the car since we bought it around 8 months ago.also the wheel wasnt torqued correctly and was kinda loose per comments of mechanic who fixed the issue
to be honest i have no idea if this shop was responsible for for this issue but its just dosnt look good for this to happen so soon after having them work on it.also, they are not exactly reliable for call backs.when we originally picked up the car i asked about motor mounts.i tried to email, facebook msg, and call their number listed while leaving a voicemail about getting a labor quote with no response.

Great guys, very professional and saved me a lot of money on repairs other shops wanted over $2000 to do these guys knocked their prices out of the park. Thank you guys for doing such a amazing job with my mini.

If your looking for a good place to fix your cars, this is the place! The prices are very adorable and they were very helpful and fixed my Honda right up back to new the owner and his team are good people!

You Mechanic 813 is a good place to take your vehicle. I took my Nissan pathfinder there a few times and every time they fix the problem quickly and the prices are always affordable, they also have great customer service the owner and his team answered any questions I had and treated me with respect. I will definitely be going back if I have any issues with any of my vehicles.

Sergio and the crew were professionals about the business, got the job done within a reasonable amount of time and the repair was/is to our satisfaction at a reasonable price.
