Yours Truly Ballroom, Kissimmee FL

I cannot begin to express the immense gratitude I feel for Sue and her team. I had my daughter’s Quinceañera there this past Saturday and my friends and family are still raving about how beautiful the event turned out. The decoration exceeded my expectations, the food was delicious, and the staff was super attentive and professional with our guests. I originally booked my event when the venue was still located in Orlando, so when I was made aware of the move, I was naturally very nervous. However, Sue did everything in her power to reassure me that everything would be great and it truly was. I can’t thank Sue and her team enough for their dedication and hard work to making my daughter’s party every thing she ever dreamed it could be. The location is amazing the staff and bartenders or great, they coordinate everything real good thanks my family had a great time

I served a fifteen-year-old, the people who serve the guests were very rude, they did not know where to seat the guests, they did not know anything about the coordination of the fifteen-year-old. To make matters worse, the food they served was bad, they gave less portion than what was required. Children were not allowed and the coordinator brought her little daughter and then in pinker pajamas. I don't recommend the place

There was a disaster at my cousin's quinceañera. I don't recommend this place at all. They are very irresponsible and the many people who “help” you with finding the seats do not literally help, they are very lost and that is why the party started later because there were people waiting outside for a long time waiting for the many people to catch up. There was no space to dance or watch the ceremony because of the coordinator who didn't know how to manage the party and let people know that they have to sit down. Maybe the coordinator was like a guest eating a dish like everyone else and taking photos and videos like everything else in the sense of directing the party.

I was invited to an event at your location. The truth is I was very dissatisfied with the service. I found it very unprofessional to bring your own daughter to those types of events; and let her run among the guests without supervision. I don't recommend this place. The owner sat down to eat, as if she were just another guest. Instead of making sure everything went well at the event.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the dance floor was perfect for enjoying a night of dancing. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable evening of dance and entertainment. The food was delicious and the cake better than expected.

I had an event at Yours Truly Ballroom for my granddaughter’s sweet 15th birthday three weeks ago. From the very beginning of the process, my first impression of the venue and of Sue the owner was a very impressive one. I had gone to many places prior to finding this venue that didn’t convince me as far as making a decision for our event. I couldn’t trust just anyone for such an important day in our lives. Her dedication and knowledge speaks for itself. My granddaughter’s sweet 15th was classy and a dream come true. She had a great time with her friends. Sue the owner was very easy to work with. I trusted the process because of her being such a professional, knowledgeable and detailed oriented. She had earned our business for future events. We had a great time! All our friends and family specially my granddaughter now has a great video to revive this special moment of her life. Thanks to all the staff for being so attentive with such a big group of family and friends. The music, food, cake, decorations and entertainment made every detail come together just the way we planned it or even better. We are clients for life. Thank you! Well done!

I attended a quince and it was very unsatisfied with the workers attitudes and the first girl who was sitting me down didn’t know where anything is.

I attended an event here at this ballroom. The parking was not the best as well as the staff they were rude and disorganized. They didn’t give us a single drink til 2 hours into the party. The food portions were so small to then have more than 10 pans of food left over due to them hold back. The dance floor is super small there is not enough room for dancing or walking with a big dress. I recommend to not book this venue at all. Save your time and money.

This place is a joke I went to a sweet 15 and it was the most unorganized event I have ever been to.the staff is rude and don’t even smile at the guest. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy! Small space with no windows! Don’t book this place!

Had a terrible experience was supposed to be a night to remember and all there is to talk about is a fire that happened due to the sparks hitting the tree putting in danger all lives and one thing i asked for was smoke on the floor to dance with my dad but did not happen did not introduce my mom, my cousins that walked me out. Service was no where to be found to sing happy birthday had a beautiful cake and they brought out a publix cake to sing happy bday. Sue (the coordinator) had her daughter running around during my surprise dance in her pink pajamas meanwhile it was an all white no kids party. Wish i can take it back but there’s no redos.

Hands down best venue in kissimmee. The owner takes so much pride in her venue and her work and it truly shows. Absolutely stunning place and amazing staff.

I was apart of a quince here at this venue. They were very disorganized and skipped half of the ceremony due to terrible time management. The effects like sparks and smoke did not go as planned and nothing was smooth. The best thing was the bartender jeanett that was the only highlight of the night.

Was in this location for a 15th birthday. Decorations were beautiful but somethings stuck out like a sore thumb. One of the employees of the location had a child of theres walking/running around the whole night. It was unprofessional and disappointing that the child ended up coming out in alot of the pictures that were being taken.
