I had a really involved and delicate move to make with a 50yr old, 31’ Airstream…Cyrus was patient, reliable, and professional throughout the course of our working relationship. I would fire them again in a heartbeat!

Cyrus promised that my load would be hauled within the time frame we agreed upon. He did not convey to the driver that the truck was custom built and would need a longer trailer, as I specified in our original phone conversation. The driver canceled due to this and I had to find alternate transport. Cyrus also failed to maintain communication and delayed my urgent shipment by a full day. I have asked for the refundable portion of my down payment back and have received silence. I will avoid this company in the future. If you can't do the job, please just say so.

WARNING to anyone looking to haul for them. They don't pay the trucking companies that haul loads for them. They don't return calls and keep pushing you off when you do get ahold of them. They still owe me $3500.00 and refuse to pay me.

Ship a 2019 winnebago from Oklahoma to Richmond. Every thing Cyrus stated would happen did! The whole transport was smooth! I will use this company every time from now on! Great experience!

Had a camper picked up and taken to the dealership to trade in and a new camper delivered back to me. It was a long transport across several states but it was delivered to the dealership in a timely manner and my new camper delivered back without incident was very happy for the service provided.

BEWARE WHAT A FRUAD. I am from Alabama and bought a dump truck in Orland Fl. On Jan. 22nd. I called this company to get it transported to me. Cyrus give me a quote sent over all the paper work to sign and Cyrus clearly said the deposit will be $450 and the remaining balance will be due in CASH on delivery. The total quote was $1550.i ask Cyrus if it could be picked within 4 days after that it is $50 a day storage fee. Cyrus Said yes thats no problem. Well the deposit of 450 came out that day the next mornig there was another $100 I called to ask why He said i told you that. Long story short i ended up have to write a email stating no more withdraws was to be made it was excuse after excuse i ask for a refund then nothing from there would not answer or return calls. All they kept trying to do is want more money saying they sent drivers out and got refused. So i finally text him stating if it cost me 10k in Lawyers fees i WOULD get my deposit back. My text reply was good luck with that my driver way more than capable. By this time he had run me up a 220 storage fee with no service. I called another transport company NORTH AMERICAN TRANSPORT.talked with a gentleman by the name of Andrew they had the truck picked up within 3 hours and to me the next day. USHIP4LESS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS. Oh for the other folks on here about not getting there deposit back that ask due to no service. All you have to do is go to your bank tell them what happen and they open up a case and take care of it from there within 10 business days you will have your deposit back. I bank with Regions they did a great job.

What a great company. I had no idea how to go about getting my trailer moved. Call it luck, but this was the first company I called. Robert was extremely helpful and got me a quote right away. I had a driver the day after I made the call. Driver was knowledgeable, stopped off and added air to the trailer tires because they were slightly low, and delivered my trailer with no issue.

In our current times perhaps due to our faltering economic climate it has become increasingly apparent that Customer Service is about dead. Then we have these guys, wow they did the job, did it better than expected, did it in a surprising timely manner and yes same day no delay. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided me. 6 stars.

Good people to work with. Nice trucks, and great drivers, really took care of me when we need our 5th wheel RV moved. And will be using them again for a lot of our large items.
