Terrible customer service, really need to learn how to listen to your Customers. If someone didn't want to sit next to hallway you let them sit where they want. I bet you loose a lit of customers with rude behavior like that.

I don't normally write reviews but I do if something is really good. The delivery woman was fast and very nice. The food I ordered exceeded my expectations. Very flavorful, hot and delicious. This is definitely going to be the only spot I go to for Chinese!

I love their food! It always comes warm and with a complete order. The female delivery driver, I believe her name is Jen, is always on time and smiling. She's also very cordial and professional! She's very easy on the eyes too!

The girl on the phone was very nice and helpful on explains what each item was, and got my order taken rapidly, and the delivery driver Jennifer was fast and friendly I highly recommend their chow mei fun it is my favorite and it was nice that they were open on Christmas because I was able to get my favorite food on the occasion 10/10 recommend

This was my first time ordering from this place, I thought everything was going to be good, but they messed up my order I order shrimp lomain instead they gave me vegetables only vegetables. Very disappointed

Jennifer has to be the sweetest and truly most caring delivery person you have! She always arrives promptly with a smile too. Our guests here at the Hilton Garden Inn have been known to order from Yum Yum not only for the fresh delicious food but also because they can trust a prompt happy delivery when Jennifer is working! Thank you for having Jennifer work for you she is definitely an asset to your restaurant and ratings.

I order through door dash a specific meal. I spent over $40 at this restaurant they messed up my order and when I called they said that because I ordered through a secondary site they can't send there driver's to bring me my corrected order. Then they offered to give me two free egg rolls that don't equate to the value of what I spent at there store but the only way for me to qualify is if I called there store directly. The fact the you knowingly know you gave me the wrong food and could simply send your driver with my correct order and did not is horrible customer service I will not be ordering from you again.

It was very YUM YUM! Wonton Soup, Crab Rangoon, Sesame Chicken, EggRolls and Lo Mein were spot on. The staff was very fast, sanitary, and friendly. My new go to spot for good Chinese Food.

I placed an online order at 6: 20pm and it is now 8: 30pm and have not received my order. I called at 7: 20pm to make sure it wasn't a glitch in the system to hear give us 30 minutes the driver is on his way. I called again just to hear him say "I will give you 4 egg rolls on your next order" I will never order with them again, customer service and satisfactory did not deserve a star bad service and business.

Sorry to be that guy but I was very disappointed. I ordered mixed vegetables and rice and got home with garlic chicken and some vegetables that were covered in garlic. I ate the rice and threw out the rest. The chicken looked rubbery but I didn't try it because I don't eat meat often. The place looked rough, kinda dirty and the women was decently friendly but I just felt like another customer whatever. I didn't bother calling after reading the other reviews about bad customer service.

Went to yum yum express hoping they had yum yum sauce.hence the name. But they didnt. Ruined my entire dining experience. 10/10 would not recommend to a friend

The worse Chinese food I ever had I order a 8 piece chicken wing and a pork eggroll to go and when I open they only gave me 6 wing and they testes like they came from a frozen box my eggroll not even a trace of pork they should call it a cabbage roll never again they yum yum should go fu wing on hypoluxso rd so you learn how to make real good Chinese food

Been ordering from here for years. Yum Yum has the best Chinese Food in town. I have never had an issue. Thank you guys for the excellent service!

Got my order wrong, spent alot of $ for multiple dinners there, would not compensate other than replacing the dish; which required more time while others in the party ate.grrr

They screwed up our delivery order yet again. And it's apparently going to take upwards of 2 hours to make it right. Stunningly awful service. Please take your business elsewhere.

We order a few times a week. Food is good, lunch special price is great. Lunch with a drink under $6

This is the only chinese food place that never disappoints when I am craving chinese food. Portions are great the food taste great and it is always made fresh, which who can really be against that. If there is ever anything wrong with your food they are very good at taking care of it. This place deserves more stars because Ive ordered from other places and they always suck.

I called for delivery at 9: 55 and they still took my order. Great service. The food was great and huge portions.

No chicken just fried dough that's why the sesame or General Tao chicken so small. You can smell the oil so old nasty food I'll never do it again
