I was so pleased with the quality of service I received from your employee today at University Towne Square in Sarasota. I watched her replace another customer’s cell phone screen and was mesmerized by her skills and “know-how. ” She did a great job on my phone! I believe her name is Miranda and she is

Have had at least half a dozen replacements. All perfect, until I fumble my phone AGSIN. I trust them because they do it correctly.

Very friendly and they know what they are doing! I am a type A person and they are spot on when putting on my screen savers or answering whether I am in Maine or Florida.

I was in a rush and did not look at the phone until I was walking out of the mall! My screen is not fixed! There’s lines all through my phone and I paid him $70! The phone number is clearly wrong because no one is answering and there’s no reason why he isn’t answering cause he’s not even busy! I don’t give them one star I give them ZERO stars! A waste of my money and time and I can’t even resolve the issue due to the phone numbers being wrong!

I had a disastrous experience replacing my iPhone screen while here on holiday.

Although the girl working there was nice, I had to bring my phone three times because different parts of the phone weren't working.

Now I've dropped my phone lightly one time and the screen is completely blank. I'm no longer on holiday in Sarasota so I guess I need to pay some other shop to redo this for a fourth time.

I honestly would not know because their website malfunctioned every time I tried to process the purchase of a screen protector, multiple times per day on multiple days. A red message kept appearing stating that address fields that were filled in were required. Refilling the fields in, refreshing the website, closing out completely and going back - nothing worked. I also tried calling the Sarasota store directly but could not get an answer. So now I have a second rate screen protector that makes using my phone difficult and I've missed the cyber week deal saving me nearly 50% on the price!

I had screen protectors installed on 2 Galaxy S10's. One got installed correctly, but has a bit of lint under it.and the other is WAY off. So bad that I'm having to do warranty replacement. Normally I could go back to the kiosk and have them fix it, but I'm in the military and was home on leave when this happened. So now I'm out the $10 they charged to install, AND the shipping that Zagg charges for warranty replacement. Not what I expected from having things "professionally" installed.

If you pay cash, they will install a faulty screen.

Do not trust this stand with fixing your phone needs with integrity.

Good ser. Verizon said glass screen had life time free replacement, but I was charged $10. Very disappointed.

Zagg phone repair replaced our cracked screen on our iPhone 7 Plus, the ear piece speaker did not work after the repair, the screen also stopped working in less than a day. We took the phone back and they then broke the home button and touch ID. They did replace the screen and tried to repair the ear piece speaker and home button without success Apple quoted us over $400 to repair their work. They eventually offered us a refund but they could not give us a refund as they did not have a cracked screen to put back on. I would not recommend Zagg Use them at your own risk.

I would not trust them. I had them replace a battery for me. I purchased the battery on my own and knew for a fact it was different than the one in the actual phone. When I got the phone back they gave me the battery back that I paid for separately and they said that the two batteries looked the same and that he switched them himself. I called BS and took it to another store to have it rechecked and they showed that the original battery was still in the phone. I threated to report them to corporate and they immediately refunded my money. I'm still reporting them. I wouldn't trust them at all.

The place is ok, staff doesn't multi-task well. When I first went by at 130x the sign stated they were closed and would be back at 145. I went back a little after 2, and stood there for 10 more minutes. This is a mall kiosk, and with only one person working it I know of 4 other times we have gone in, where nobody was there. That's 4 times they lost my business. I was in the mall for other things so I waited. As other people would walk up, he would stop working on my screen replacement to talk with them, give quotes, advise how long phone repairs take, etc. I waited, the guy behind me waited for over 10 minutes. If someone else walks up, you can politely advise you will be with them shortly, and finish the customer you are with who waited their turn, first.

* WARNING* *WARNING** WARNING Do not do business with Jared Dalton this boy has no business representing himself as a stand-up salesman. I called Zagg at UTC on Oct 31 with a complaint about the fit
of their screen protectors, Dalton explained to me that at no cost to me
after speaking to his boss the screen protector in Question would be delivered by mail and he would contact me upon its arrival. ALL LIES.
I waited til 11/19/ then contacted him, his response was to go purchase another one.terrible company don't waist your time with this guy or Zagg.

Absolutely amazed.the employee their took a razor blade to his phone in order to prove reliability.not even a scratch! I was sold immediately- I feel much safer with the tempered glass on my iPad!

Bill had my iPad 3 different times simply to replace screen. Each time he made it worse, last time he touched it (2 hours after leaving) entire screen will not respond. After second time I contacted website he then called me and gave me a hard time for not wanting to deal with him again. He begged me for one more chance I gave it to him and now it’s even worse! Best part was each time he made it worse he tried to blame other employees! Went to ubreakifix, now has worked perfect for weeks. Wish I did not have to give even the 1 star!
