We returned a Christmas present bracelet and got 2 other bracelets in place of our return. Lana provided awesome customer service and her focus was on us at that time even though there were multiple customers in the store. Lindsay at Palm Beach Gardens Mall was more than helpful with this complicated sale. Was sold up sold an earring with a screw pack for my daughter. It fell out which I was told it’s my kids fault because she does daily activities like sleep or play. Won’t replace it, plus the screw back alone is $45 each.
