This evening we had an amazing experience and the highest level of service from the beautiful and service professional Dianthe at the Coral Square location. This was customer satisfaction at its best! I was not surprised to learn when I complimented her soft skills after learning of her 20 years as a service professional that a faithful client had recently shared with her manager that her level of service has been consistent throughout the decades. I love coming to this Zale store, all thanks to Dianthe. She’s super nice, very helpful and she doesn’t make it feel like it’s just a transaction, she help you look for what’s affordable but screams you. My husband and I have gone there countless time to buy new jewelry because of her that I’m thinking of getting the zale credit card

Please do not purchase any products produced by Zales. I purchased an $800 necklace for my wife at the Coral Springs store. It broke after 3 uses, but since we are out of the 30 day return policy, they were not willing to issue a refund due to "company policy. " They only offered a repair or exchange.

Customer service tells you to go to the store for a refund. Todd, the store manager, said that I had to take it up with customer service, which proceeded to refuse to refund.

If you do not want to be stuck with an expensive product that breaks within 2 months, you are much better off shopping elsewhere. They do not stand by their products. Their primary concern is taking your money and their last concern is customer service. This is an untrustworthy company.

I had a problem with my diamond studs I wasn't happy at all. But then came Mr. Todd he took care of my problem and he didn't stop until I was very satisfied awesome experience with zales jewelry.

Lots of beautiful wedding bands to choose from. Good sale is going on now and the sales personnel are fantastic.

My experience gets better every time I walk in and make a purchase. I feel so welcomed and always given good advice on the type of jewelry I need for any occasion.
