Zales in general is horrible customer service however today at this store Paul attempted to change my diamond bond number by a couple of zeros and when I questioned him he said it didnt matter. When I started it mattered to me, he got attitude. Watch out they are shady and bad business.

I asked a sales associate that was standing at the counter for some help she didn’t look busy so I asked when she had a second can my grandmother look at a ring. This lady proceeded to ask me if I was blind and can’t I see she was busy on the computer and she said no I can’t help you out. She was a blonde lady with a black mask on. I ended up telling her my grandmothers coin is too good for this place and I called her a name I rather not repeat. But the reason we had even stopped by was because my father purchased 3 pairs of earring as gifts to my mother and sisters at a very reasonable price. So I took my grandmother to view some jewelry but man was that a bust.

Thanks to the salesman who yesterday on December 20 found it more pressing to fiddle with papers for 5 minutes than to help me buy an engagement ring which all he had to do was open the case and sell. I ended up spending $3,999. My girlfriend should be happy I got it at Kay jewelers.
