Zaxby's, Brooksville FL

Wow! We may be late to the game, but this was our first experience dining at Zaxby's, and we were all impressed. The ambiance was fantastic, the food was phenomenal, and the price wasn't bad. The only downfall is that there needs to be more locations!

Fast food.on point, quick service.super friendly staff for the age group of the staff. Polite, friendly and the service was quick. The food was great!

I hate that this is the closest location to me. How do I always ask for double fries but I NEVER get double fries. What am I paying extra for? ! The only thing they have going for them is their customer service in the drive thru, the kids are usually nice.

Very disappointed. The wings were hard, dried out and tasteless as if they had been heated several times. We've gotten take-out before and had some problems but this was absolutely awful.

Great Location, Chicken is always good! Friendly Staff! I got a zalad this last time, it was good, but they put put everything on it that I didn’t want.

My girlfriend and I came here today to get a wings and things meal, and she wanted fried pickles instead of cheddar bites and the guy there said “you’re gonna have to wait for the pickles because they’re fresh to order” then goes in a snappy tone “you can do that right that’s fine right? ” They kept giving us dirty looks told us none of their sauces comes in the wings and things box when we were just here a few weeks ago and it came in the box. Also the wings weren’t fresh. K

We stopped in after church. We had to wait to order as it appeared they were very short on help

Wife waited for over 40 mins to receive food and still didn't receive it. Called for them to give a refund and they refused to do so.

Worst service ever! For starters they had me waiting in the drive through line for ever and I was the only car there. Once I finally placed my order, they wanted me to pull forward and wait some more. I declined and in return they messed my order up intentionally. Refused to cut my tenders for my salad properly and toss them in sauce properly. The manager Cameron Nobles was very rude and aggressive! And refused to correct my order. By far the worst service I’ve ever received from this location. Cameron Nobles should not be leading the staff here.

Very very very very slow service. 1 car in front of me of me and it took 15 minutes to even order. Had to wait another 10 for them to cook the food. Supposed to be fast food, please do better.

We ordered thru door dash. And what they gave us all and all was what we ordered. (The person whom placed the order told me he did the order correctly - but I don't think he did). We are NOT Happy about The gal. Of tea that was non sweet and had NO lid or labels. (The driver of door dash said for us to report it to door dash, which I will do). No receipt came in my bag only the kitchen receipt stuck to the bag. The rest of the meal was to our liking. Although I thought the Cobb chicken salad had more chicken on it than one strip.

I'm from Miami my first time experience it was delicious. The sauce definitely to die for, and the strawberry lemonade not so sweet but just right. I highly recommend for everyone to try it. Especially we don't have this restaurant where I live by.

Love their nibblerz. First time we went through we didn't get half our order. This time all was good.

If they had a better manager then they would get more stars but that lady is extremely rude and not people friendly at all. Food been good is why I keep going back but management needs work.

I've tried and tried because I love Zaxby's, but the service here stinks. You never get what you ordered. If you order something that needs a fork, forget about it better get use your fingers and you better have your own napkins. Every time I order a salad I NEVER get wing sauce and salad dressing. It's always one or the other. This time I have wing sauce and no dressing. Who even eats a salad like that. I'll travel farther to get my order correct. It's gotten ridiculous.
