Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings, Kissimmee FL

Ordered a chicken club sandwich. Got it. No pickles, bacon, or cheese. Horrible food. Will not ever come here again

My experience is always so absolutely terrible when I come to this location. Every single time I go they mess up my order and nonchalantly replace it like nothing after taking years. I ordered my food waited 40 minutes and they messed up my order twice. When I spoke to the manager he did not care to do anything. The male manager was so unpleasant he literally said he was not going to keep going in circles with me and hung up on me when I was just trying to get a resolution for THEIR MESS UP. If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would. I called customer service and they did what he didn’t want to do in 5 minutes they refunded me, gave me a voucher and gave me free delivery.

Good good and fresh I don’t know about the service they touch the food without putting gloves

Love the staff.they took care of me quick. I ask them to split the payment and it was too late so they help me with a discount to make the difference.ask for extra sauce and they put a couple extra super nice staff.check it out people…

On Monday, April 10th, 2023, we returned to Zaxby's to replace an incorrect order from the previous Saturday. A person at the front counter named Jelliann or Jillian, not sure exactly how to spell it, she had no name tag.
So, she looked at my receipt after I explained what was wrong and the missing items. Then, she tosses out the receipt.
She then puts in an order to replace it in the computer, and as she did, I noticed it was wrong again. So, I said to her, "Hey, that's still not quite right. The 1st meal is supposed to be large, not small as it said on the receipt, also the second meal has extra fries, not Cole slaw "
She grabbed the receipt from the trash and tried to hand it to me, and said, "Do you want to read it? ", and I said, "No, I know what I ordered, YOU read it. " She looked again and realized her mistake, then correctly put in the order.
When the order was made, she then put it in the bag, and I noticed she put Zaxby's sauce in with the order and handed it to me.
Again, I said, "Well, almost right. The sauces are supposed to be Honey Mustard, and Teriyaki, not Zaxby's"
She then rolled her eyes, grabbed the right sauces, and said, "Ok? "
I said, "Yes, but what about the drinks that go with the 2 meals? "
Here's the part that really got me. She tells me that "If the drinks were correct the first time, then we don't replace that, ONLY the food! "
WHAT?
I've never heard that before from any place that screws up an order.
(Side note:) After this, I called Zaxby's corporate to ask about such a policy, and guess what?
It's doesn't exist! The WHOLE ORDER IS TO BE REPLACED.
Either way, after I said that isn't how you replace a "Meal combo" to her and her having a few words to grumble back to me, she gave 2 cups for drinks.
Never have I've ever seen such rude customer service!
The food was pretty good.
Nice new store.
However, if this is the way they treat customers, it's like having a fine steak, perfect sides served with it, and given to you on top of a garbage can lid.
She totally ruined our Zaxby's experience! I'm not sure if we will be back or ever recommend THIS Zaxby's!
Zaxby's on John Young in Kissimmee is SOOOO much better!
Let's see if Management responds to this post or if they really even care?

I got the 3 nebblz combo and grilled house salad with lite vinaigrette. The sandwiches were extremely dry they only put a small dab of sauce on the bun also didn’t help they forgot my sauces, thank God I found a sweet heat sauce from Popeyes to get me through these sandwiches. The salad was delicious

As a wise man once said “she wanna eat me out like zaxbys” zaxbys is by far the best restaurant I have ever eaten at. Nobu holds nothing to the legacy of zaxbys.

You pay 25%-50% of more then Chick fila to wait 10x long for them to still mess up your order, the fries are either unseasoned and bland or over-seasoned and inedable, after waiting 45min in the drive thru in which for 25min I observed 3 employees stand around talking not doing a thing.

My new favorite place that is close by. The food was perfectly cooked and the staff were very nice.

Always great service in and out very quickly. Chicken is always moist well cooked and fries lovely as well.
However the soda machine they have either needs its CO2 tank changed, or a new nutritive sweetener. Every time I get a soda here it tastes bland, flat, and off. I’ve throw it away after a single sip three times in the last two weeks.
It’s highly upsetting especially because I know it is not the employee’s fault but to the managers please log a ticket for y’alls Coca Cola machine. I’d really like to drink a Coca Cola that tastes like Coca Cola.

Sat in the drive thru for 35mins and 30 seconds before ever getting my food the lady that originally told me to pull up left and said nothing. The food was cold. I was on my lunch break and was forced to eat in 5mins then go back to work. Worst experience ever

This place is disappointing to say the least.
We'd never been to a Zaxby's.and since they just opened the new St Cloud location and everybody was talking about it, we decided to give it a try.
First. OVERPRICED
Second. SALTY almost INEDIBLE
Third. DIRTY.
All empty tables were dirty (oily and crummy) even tho we came at a not-so-busy time.
Not one car at the drive thru.so I cannot justify it.
Somebody went crazy with the seasoning on my loaded fries but sprinkled the cheese.should probably disclose that the fries are SODIUM loaded. I didn't even eat what I paid for.
I'm never coming back.

I am so excited they put a Zaxby's in Kissimmee! The service there was amazing The girls are so friendly and willing to help you on what to eat and the food was amazing! Keep up the great work ladies and gentlemen you're doing an amazing job!

Went today with family food was amazing staff great. When arriving home
notice that my sister did not have her purse and we called the location they confirm they had it and all thanks to the cashier (Laquienta, hope I spelled it right) that seen the purse when we left and gave it to the manager? ️.

There is still amazing people on this world.

The worst Zaxby's experience ever and I love Zaxby's. They got my entire order wrong twice and didn't give me any zax sauce. Never going back. Definitely going Chick-fil-A next time bro.

I was at the Zarbys at 8: 34pm and the employees were mocking an elderly costumer that didn't know how to sign up/use the app. They were so rude and the elderly costumer was so sweet and genuinely confused. They NEED better employees and costumer service
