Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings, Orlando FL

Staff is always attentive and courteous. The food tastes good but sometimes the fries are overcooked, and the chicken is cold. Their freestyle soda machine is hit or miss with the sodas being flat but in general this is a decent place to grab a quick bite.

I love this place. It's something I never had in Louisiana. Outshines our chicken restaurants. Chicken was flavorful and not dry. Sauces are excellent and diverse as well as their menu. Customer service was excellent.

Zaxby's wings are awesome, didn't care for the chicken sandwich. The spicy sandwich was very dry. Also, Zaxby's can hit them pockets different, be prepared to bust a $20 dollar bill wide open if not more for a meal.lol

Order drive thru first time at this zaxbys, several things went wrong line was extra long wait to point they started parking cars and delivering food to them. I found out probably why. My daughter & I orders kids chicken finger meal and I a side of just fries and sprite for her. So they got her chicken finger, but gave us toast even though it said fries on receipt, they gave coke instead of sprite. So everything was wrong except the tenders. I went inside to get a refund as I was scared what my order was going to be next time. But they gave a free on on us next time card so may update next try. My daughter loves Zaxbys. So we will try again.

Where is the 0? Or negative zero this is the worst Zaxby's ever in life my God could you guys be any slower. Literally said here in the lobby over 20 minutes waiting on order. I'll never be back

I placed an order at 10: 27pm 10/18/21 and the employees waited till 11: 05pm to tell my Uber driver that they lost my ordered. That’s pretty shady to me specially if your paying for the service so that they can do their jobs and they do not do it correctly or pretty much don’t so their job at all

Really craving fried pickles…. I was parked just to receive this… like really? Beyond upset. The grease had to be old because that is all I smelled when I opened the bag then to open the box and see this. Some was cooked and some wasn’t. Just really ruined my entire appetite

Do not, I repeat DO NOT order ahead at this location unless you plan to pick up the order yourself and check that they got it right. I ordered through Door Dash, but of course Zaxby's is responsible for putting the order together, right? They completely botched my order. I wanted extra coleslaw instead of toast, instead I got 2 toasts and no coleslaw. NO sauce. My car is in the shop, and therefore I couldn't pick up. My lunch was a huge disappointment and I tipped door dash so it felt like a huge waste of money. This is why customer service does matter to people. Thx.

Been to this location a few times before but today my boyfriend and i waited 40 minutes for a mobile order. He was told it wasn't ready and that we'd have to wait 3 times as people behind us got there order that they ordered in store. Then found it himself on the Uber shelf after all that wait.they knew they didn't have the order back there but just let us wait anyway and didn't even apologize, so weird. Anyway I'd avoid this location, they don't even season their fries enough.

The chicken sandwich tasted fine, the bread was soggy. The fried food was a bit over done. Everything was just a bit bland. You could probably just ask them to cook your food light and add some salt and itll be better. The staff was really nice which I appreciated.

Quality of service is now as bad as the food itself.
I placed an order for 4 meals online to pick up in store. Arrived at location at the time their system said that the order would be ready. Had to wait over 40 minutes after until I received my food. The only answer I received from the rude server at the front was "it's a large order, that's why". That's why what? 4 meals is considered a large order?
PS, the wings are as soggy as others have stated.

Unpleasant customer service. I've heard that their salads are good. I don't know, but other chicken places have much better chicken strips.

Love their salads, but they never give enough dressing, even after asking for extra. The salad is huge, needs 3 or 4 packets. And I can't leave without an order of wings, huge fan of their teriyaki sauce!

First time going to this particle Zaxby's. The drive-thru was fast and my food ready. The was hot and fresh. They will give you exactly what you ask for. I forgot about the ketchup for fries but they were still delicious.

Food is always hot. Tenders deem to get smaller and smaller every visit. I asked for no sauce on sandwich, guess they didn't hear me. Asked for ranch instead of zax sauce, guess they don't hear that either. Cole slaw tasted spoiled but everything else was good.

Pick order was disgusting… food was cold and the chicken was old. One of the orders for wings n things had only 1 chicken finger! Chicken smelled like sour water… I gave it to my dog… never again

The food is always great but this last time I went, the girl that took the order was beyond rude, dismissive and cold for no reason. Usually the experience is good but on this day the girl that took my order on the mic was hateful while I was polite and a loyal paying customer. Thinking to not go back bc of how she was

Ordered the 5 piece chicken strips. As always the food is good, but that's not why I'm writing this review. Our cashier was Pearla, and she is as kind, friendly, funny and bubbly as they come! She was super patient with us while our 8 year old couldn't decide and kept changing his mind and asking questions. From the moment we entered the door she greeted us with a smile that illuminated the room and makes you happy you chose here.

We were the only ones here since they just opened, and she brought our food to the table, she even handed out or trays and condiments. I have never had someone this kind at a fast food restaurant! Her jovial personality really made this a wonderful experience far better than anything you order. If you want the best service in Central Florida, come see Pearla!
