Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings, Orlando FL

I love Zabys salads.and add great customer service made my meal better Robert the manager and his night crew were nice and awesome I visited this store on 3/20/21 8: 30 pm.

I was looking forward to have brunch here but I was dissaponted.very overpriced and o add insult to injury my eggs benedict were iced cold.honestly the only thing I enjoyed was the service and the pancakes.that's it

Excellent service! Made an online order at night on 3/6/21, when picked up I made it all the way to my car when the night manager stopped me to give me some missing items! Really appreciated him watching out to make sure everything was perfect instead of just letting it go. Will definitely keep coming to this Zaxbys!

Been here an hour and still no food. Are all Fridays run this bad. Haven’t been to a Good Friday’s in the 15 years.

I ordered 2 meals from here today around 8pm’ish and they forgot the sauces FOR BOTH. So terrible, both of my cousins have autism and wont eat the food without their sauces. I called back and the manager was being extremely rude with attitude. Im not driving back when i live 25+mins away and i have to be up in the 3 in the morning. Not ordering from here again. Just disappointed and manager isnt polite.

They've become stingy with the food. Tiny little pieces of boneless chicken. I mean I thought I'd get what I paid for but I guess not.

Extremely slow service. Went here for lunch after church. Not busy. Placed order. 15 mins later no food. Inquired. Said my order was never sent to the kitchen. Waited another 20 mins while others after me received food, ate, and left. No reason for this because no one else had an issue with their order not being sent to the kitchen. Would not recommend this Zaxbys at all.

I will no longer be visiting this zaxbys. Their food is good, but EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here, they interrupt while I order and get my order wrong. EVERY SINGLE TIME! My family eats zaxbys a lot. So that’s a lot of money we will be taking else where.

The food is pricey but good. The Restaurant has a good number of employees and the dinning room is very stylish. It is next door to McDonald's and Pollo Tropical and a Wendy's aswell.
If you got the money, Love for chicken and the strong appetite I highly recommend.

This place suck. Late shift employees are slow. Either front counter is new or verry slow. No sweet tea no dining service cleaning

I’m not much of a chicken tenders fan but I LOVE Zaxby’s. I am practically addicted to the Kickin’ Chicken Sandwich Platter. The tenders are juicy and the buffalo sauce is spicy and delicious. All on two pieces of Texas Toast. Oh boy this is some good eatin’!

Walked in and this place was a dump. Had a lady working the drive through taking orders then walking back to the front counter to take orders and bounced back and forth. Took 15 min to place my order. Took 30 minutes to get my meal. The ice machine didn’t work and ketchup dispenser was empty. There were lots of pissed off people waiting for their meals. I never do reviews but hands down this place deserves a fat gold 1 star.

Wrong food, rude cashiers, terrible service in general. Asked for onions rings and cole slaw and got something completely different

Honestly this is the worst Zaxby's in the Orlando area. Have been here several times, just because it's close, and I've been very disappointed each time. Never any seasoning on the fries, rude employees, never have gotten a receipt even when I asked, and they told me they only serve full meals. I will go out of my way to go to Zaxby's on Lee Vista from now on.

2018 edit: Service is still bad especially when you have to wait for your food that was given to another customer.

2015: Customer service is awful and it's very expensive for chicken wings.

Best fast food Chicken place in town. Better flavor and better sauce than any of the other chicken restaurants in town. Especially love the cheddar bites appetizer. Their tea is extra sweet as well.

Needs to do better food is to costy to be cold.bread cold and stale fries cold and old its pathetic. I love the taste but its no good if i gotta warm up my own food from there

Took forever to get out food. Then it was just gross. My dad said the chicken was overcooked. But to me everything just taste yuck except for my tea. Nasty chicken. Nasty honey mustard. Poorly seasoned fries that were way to hot to eat. Mediocre coleslaw. Oh! The garlic toast was good; it was the best thing they had.

My family and I had a terrible dining experience. The order was messed up, the food was mediocre, and the service was the worst I've ever seen that wasn't in a comedy skit.

I ate ass once, and it kinda tasted like their tangy sauce. Also the bread is a bit dry, aside from that though, it's pretty decent
