Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings, Jacksonville FL

I love this location! The drive thru sales representative was AWESOME! Ruben, was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Thank you Ruben for being so kind.

I will give them 4 stars because I have went there and got no so fresh salad that was prepared wrong. I have also experienced some staff being rude.
I took away 2 stars because this is the second time I've gotten some bad cucumbers on my salad. So over this location right now.

My order wasn't right my friez were vold and I didn't get my celery. But my husband was just admitted to the hospital so I was in a hurry and that was the only thing I had to eat all day so I wasn't able to go back to the restaurant to have it fixed. The employees were not very friendly and was to busy listening to what was going on around her to get my order right

I usually visit during my lunch breaks, they get me in and out in a timely manner with no issue

Was terrible the salad was missing 5 ingredients and the wing fling I got was overcooked and super dry

Food was ok.staff could take some pointers from the Regency location.waited 23 minutes for food and they were not even busy

The service was good but they changed the quality of the sauces even the ketchup taste like a different brand.

Food was good, had the wings meal, good quantity even lunch. Little dirty, tables weren't all clean.

I swore 3 months ago that I would never eat there again.yet today there I was. And, the food was just as nasty as the last 10 times before. The french fries had been cold so long they were hard. They must have had the sandwich under the heat lamp because the lettuce was melted into chicken. And the chicken fingers were room temperature at best.

Horrible service came in at 9 PM on a Friday night only one other person in here with me. I took 40 minutes to get a five finger chicken plate

The food is fantastic which is to be expected from a Zaxby’s. This location is always clean, and the customer service is decent if not great 9 times out of 10. I will say however, sometimes the drive-thru lines will get out of control causing unexpected wait times. Other than that, it’s a great place to grab lunch or dinner!

Please don't waste your time here. The food takes so long you will definitely regret choosing this restaurant. Extremely slow and very rude. I was also charged for an item i didn't receive. Returned to store immediately with receipt and workers were rude and unhelpful. It should not be this difficult to get what you have paid for. They do not care about their customers.

Zaxby's has to get A3 because it's still fast food but it's fast food that seems just a tad bit more healthy and their salads have her a chicken I don't think for a fast food place you can beat that the only thing is their prices are too high but can you put high quality and fast food

Tables are laid out poorly making dining room cramped and difficult to navigate. Bathrooms are never clean and beverage area is perpetually wrecked. Employees seem nice enough, but there's really only so much one can do with supper salty fried Chicken.

The order I placed was missing tender got 4 instead of five. Also it was difficult getting out to leave because drive thru was backed up all way to the entrance.

The staff was slammed on this late night visit yet was very friendly, helpful and efficient. The food was delicious!

The service was faster today which was great because I only had twenty minutes to spare before a scheduled meeting.

I visited this location today 1-18-18 and I would rate my experience 3 stars. When I got to the window after placing my order, the cashier asked me if I would like ketchup, I told her that I would like ketchup and thanked her for asking. When I got to my destination and prepared to eat I noticed that not only did I not get ketchup but my drink order was wrong. I ordered an Arnold Palmer but got ice tea instead.

Drive through took a little longer than desired, but my order was correct so no real complaints.
