Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings, Haines City FL

Quick service. But ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and both were rubbery. My husband and I couldn't eat them. All of our drinks tasted like well water.gross.
We spent $40 on food that we mostly tossed.
Minus the Fries.the fries were on point.

Hit or miss, half the times you order boneless wings the sauce sauce will only cover half of wkng and only realize once you get home to eat.

The customer service needs to improve a lot! The food was great, but the cashier had a ton of attitude. I had to wait a solid 10 minutes at the counter to even be noticed by them. It looks like all their focus is on the drive thru, probably due to company policy timing them up, however, hurting badly the customers that actually go to the dine in.

A very good place to eat chicken wings, chicken fingers and chicken sandwiches and very good and fresh salads.

First I called him up to place an order they told me they couldn't take my order had to come in and do it well I got there placed my order. Drove home hour and 10 minutes round trip. Got home found out I was short two meals. So if you ever go there check your food before you leave

Plentiful and juicy, tender chicken. Staff followed social distancing guidelines as the dine in area was closed and all staff wore masks properly. Very busy at the time we went with drive through and pick up orders so the staff appeared a little stressed but they got the job done! Would return.

I always get great service here I've never had a bad experience. I even showed up 5 minutes before they closed and they didn't serve me any of that reheated stuff they serve me nothing but fresh food.

Today i tired this restaurant for the second time same location i'll start with my first experience ordering 2 zax snacks for me and my husband we both have an iron stomach can eat them day old hot dogs from the gas station with no problems so we want to try zax for the first time what a mistake both in the bathroom with in 10 minutes of Finnish the food pains for hours i brush it of as maybe they need to change the oil in there fryers so that was my first experience and wasn't happy about the cost of food we basically rent for 10 minutes so today i decided i want to try it again well what a mistake 10 minutes after the meal right to the bathroom i go now 6 hours later im still in pain so much that's im ready to go to the hospital i can't take this pain i will never ever in my life ever go back to zaxby's i wish I could give them a 0 star

First time trying it. Hot food. Delicious. Can’t beat the price of the 30 piece wings, 2 large fries, 4 pieces of toast, and 2 large drinks for 32 dollars. Definitely will be back.

I adore Zaxbys, but this one was dirty. Our shoes were sticking on the floor when we placed our order. It was gross!

The cajun chicken club was great. 4 stars because instead of the traditional wings I ordered, they gave me boneless nuggets. I didn't realize it until I was on I-4

We visited this location several times this time around the employees there didn't had a clue about their menu and options, when you order the same items months after months you as a customer know what's included what your add-on are etc. This group of employees didn't.

For my first time there, my family and I really enjoyed it. Food was great, we definitely will go again. The employees are great! They really stepped up when my order was accidently mixed up. Nice work Zaxby's

Very clean. Great food but chicken only so if you don't care for chicken, you are out of luck. But the chicken is good.

Food is amazing but the service in this location was not as good. The cashier messed up on my order. The soda machine kept running out of options for sodas to chose from!

Delicious food, reasonable prices and courteous staff. Lol I sound like an infomercial but it's all true. Definitely going back in the near future.

The chicken is good but it is so expensive when compared to KFC. Every time I go by I wonder how it stays in business as the parking lot is almost always empty and even when there are cars it is only a few. Good food but I would not recommend due to the price.

I have been seeing the billboards all over for a long while and finally got a chance to stop in. Pleasantly surprised is what first comes to mind. The food was way better than I expected.
This location was exceptionally good from the beginning being greeted and served with professionalism and enthusiasm (several times) to the end being as accommodating as they were.
The food was great. The staff is super and I will definitely be back.

It's about the same thing as a Raising Caine's. The sauce is the same, except a but more salty. Cane's is a lot better in my opinion. Other than that, the food is pretty good and the staff are just as great.
