I've been seeing Dr. Zayas and his staff for about 4 years. His and his staff's services have gotten my dental and gum health, and my smile, back on track! I'm well into the use of Invisalign aligners. He and his staff have been excellent to work with during that to date. The office is very helpful with services and appointments. The office is clean and well maintained. Everyone there really shows integrity and care with their patients.

Dr. Zayas and his team is hands down the best dentist I have ever had. Im giving 2 stars because I like the doctor and the hygienist does a good job. I took away stars because every time I come here the staff tries to manipulate me in getting work done that I always turn down (invisilign) and also the office manager is sneaky and doesn’t provide good customer service. I was charged for a dental exam I didn’t ask for or even needed and I wasn’t told prior to it being done that it wasn’t going to be covered by insurance. At checkout I was told they do an exam on every cleaning visit. (my insurance only covers 2 exams a year) Today they performed the 3rd “exam” in the year without my consent and without letting me know that it wouldn’t be covered. The other issue is that the doctor doesn’t do this exam. In this office the hygienist is the one performing this so called exam unless you schedule to do it with the doctor. I worked with a dentist for many years, and I think it’s unethical to charge a patient for anything without a consent or a treatment plan.

Everyone is great at Dental Zayas from the doctor to the staff. Very professional and caring. The best dental office I’ve ever been to.
