Brought my 4Runner here after a recurring transmission problem couldn’t be solved by another mechanic, who suggested transmission replacement. Ziegler was able to properly diagnose and fix - it was a minor issue. I was expecting to spend a ton. Thankful for their honesty!

Buyer beware. Took my vehicle in because it was Leaking a red fluid from the engine and the transmission was shifting hard, they insisted it was a heater hose and the red fluid was Radiator fluid. Charged me $400. Two weeks later in my Transmission died and now Terry their manager won't call me back. Nice guy?
