He was very unprofessional very rude And he didn't even give my in-laws time to go to court he surrendered the Bond To take my $300 there should be something done about this this isn't right

Called to bond out a relative and the woman on the phone was straight up malicious. My family is in pain because our loved-one is in crisis. This woman starts making disparaging remarks going on and on about how he's probably on drugs and is a hot mess. The same disrespect and malice you speak unto others will be spoken unto you and your loved-ones. To trash someone who is ill and suffering is truly sick. Your word will return to you with all that you sent it to accomplish.

By the way, I sensed some self-hate which is to be expected from opportunist trafficking in the mass-incarceration of their own.

I love them that work in the office. They're great and knowledgeable and willing to tell you the truth to help you and your love one's. Good People's!

Does not take the time to even let you talk and ask questions. I wanted to understand and ask questions but he rushed me off the phone. He has poor customer service skills. I just wanted to understand. Never been through this process before. Thanks for nothing

Family called him to bail me out he act like he didn’t want to help when he has helped me in the past before he was very unprofessional since it wasn’t a big bond for him don’t even waste your time or service with this man
