I’ve only had two sessions for my underarms laser hair removal and i already have less hair and my over-pigmentation is looking so much lighter. It does not hurt which was my biggest fear because most people say is painful however their machine is not and both laser techs lisdey and lay are gentle and super nice making sure you are comfortable during your appointment.

Lay the technician is very knowledgable and friendly. He guides you at every step and makes you feel comfortable. Lay is a phenomenal laser tech. The Disair Laser is completely painless. I noticed results after my first session and I’m super impressed. Zen MedSpa has the latest laser technology that is truly painless, you only feel a bit of warmth from it. I did full legs, Brazilian, and underarms - pain free in less than an hour. I’ve done 2 sessions so far with Lay and she is a wonderful professional that is very knowledgeable. She makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
