This is honestly the best nail place ever, they are so kind and welcoming.

I showed a photo of ombré nails and Annie did a better job than the photos I showed! She’s literally the sweetest girl ever, so gentle and amazing attention to detail.

Zen was the best place to go to in Saint Augustine, unfortunately my opinion of them has changed after receiving poor service on 3 occasions. First couple trips, I thought maybe this was a bad day.
Today, I received the worst pedicure, this is the second time this has happened. The lady rushed and was super rough. She did attempt to make a “zen” experience. Additionally I requested for a clean up on my eyebrows. Annie stated that her baby was sleeping in the eye brow room and that she could not accommodate me. So unprofessional! Now, I have to find another nail spot in Saint Augustine because I refused to return.

I have gone to all the salon around me and unfortunately no one is as good as my standard, finally I found Zen great job the owner knows what you like and he executed lv it so far.

Highly recommend! I always make my appointments on Sundays, and they are always very efficient and friendly. Always happy with how my nails turn out, and will ALWAYS praise their work!

Walked in on a Sunday for one nail repair and was told that they were booked and couldn’t accommodate. I thought that was ironically crazy because she automatically assumed I had acrylic powder when in actuality it was sns. I think they had no one there rained to do acrylic and instead of saying that she lied.

I've been 2 times. Andrea hooked me up both times! Be prepared to wait even if you make an appointment. Depending on the services needed you may spend 3 hours or more here.

I love Zen Nails. This is the only place in St. Augustine that I trust with my nails and toes. My daughter also comes to get her lash extensions and Annie is Amazing. Lucie does the best pedicures and this is a loving family environment. They keep to appointments and are all about their customers!

I do not recommend! I came in for a mani (gel) /pedi (paint). My pedicure starting chipping on three nails 3 days later. My gel manicure started to bubble up and peel 5 days later. It’s been a week now and they look awful. Also, I asked for a thin French manicure. As you can see by the photo, they couldn’t even match a nude to cover my natural nail. When I stopped the tech to ask him, he said it looks fine. You’re fine. Not even taking into consideration that I’m the one paying for my nails. I want them done correctly. Will not be back.

Love this place, finally found a nail pace that delivers and does great work! My nail tech is awesome. I'll definitely continue to go here and everyone is very nice and the prices are affordable

Steven did an amazing job on my nails on 1/6/21. He was very gentle and professional and great at communicating. And I absolutely love how my nails came out.

This place is my go-to shop for all my aesthetic needs. For the life of me I can't stay awake while getting a pedicure because Pittbull does such an AMAZING job! K takes care off all my girlie stuff, like eyelashes, micro blading, etc. And she knows her stuff and is very clean. This is my favorite nail shop in town for sure.

I can't say enough about this place. Love the people, the work they do, and the atmosphere.

I personally had a ton of trouble getting a walk in appointment. Scheduling an appointment with the certain nail tech you want may be the way to go here. Over all I am happy with the manicure and pedicure I received.

This place was the closest to the hotel and I’m so glad! I called to check availability and was very lucky to get in day of, a couple hours before close.

I wish I’d caught her name, but she was so kind and included all the details to make this a great experience. I was so sore, so the massage was a godsend, it’s worth it to pay a little more for the lotions/scrubs.

I’d had traumatizing pedis in the past and she was so gentle! First truly relaxing and pleasant mani/pedi I’ve had in years. Plus, the massage chairs are bomb! ️‍

I’ve been coming to this spa for almost year and they’re by far the cleanest, friendliest, and most professional nail salon I’ve ever been too. I usually go to Steven and he’s AMAZING! Very gentle and always does exactly what I want if not better. I’ve also gotten my toes, lashes, and brows done here and I’m never disappointed, always happy.

We are visiting from out of town and called last minute for a pedicure. The staff was very friendly and worked us in. The atmosphere was relaxing and the pedicure was great!
