ZEN Offices in Boca Raton

My company has been using Zen Boca for three years now (as well as West Palm Beach) and Melissa has been a great help with our business' unique needs. A few issues have arisen that she was able to work with us on and help us a find a solution that worked out well. Zen is lucky to have such a dedicated, caring, hard-working employee.

Ruth-Nee is attentive and helpful. Melissa is friendly and knowledgeable. In general this is a wonderful space to work at it is quiet & professional with friendly and ready to help staff.

Ruthnee is an exemplary employee, she has a wonderful persona, she never loses her formidable smile, and her willingness goes beyond what she’s asked to do. She always asked me, once she had completed a task, if I was satisfied and if she could do anything else to make it better. For one example, she booked entire vacation plans for a family of 5 which included round trip plain tickets, hotels, and car rentals, and if you’ve ever been on hold with a major airline, you can feel her pain. Which she did with a smile. In a sentence, Ruthnee is easy to love both as a precessional and a person.

Ruth-Nee at the front desk is super friendly and helpful - she makes it a very professional atmosphere and makes sure the clients are always happy.

Just about to renew our lease for another six months. The first six months were amazing. The space is very "zen. " Quiet, professional, beautifully appointed, centrally located, clean and peaceful. My primary contact at Zen is Melissa. From the initial tour six months ago to today, she has been courteous, very responsive, helpful going above and beyond and pleasant. A pro! The space and the staff are conducive to a professional business atmosphere. A bonus - Cannot beat the location!
