First time getting a massage. Was very straightforward, talked about problem areas and she offered me a few different options for a 60 minute session. Left feeling great and she even gave me some advice on which exercises I should do to prevent soreness in the future.

Soooo I just discovered this hidden gem! One more thing to add to the list of reasons why I love Murray Hill. Holly did an amazing job and I can't wait to book another session. Being within walking distance is a plus! Don't be deterred by the outside, it's temporarily under construction and they are working on replacing the sign so the entrance can be tough to find. But once you're inside, the studio smells wonderful and feels relaxing.

I’ve seen Kasey Halpin at Zen Soma and she’s the absolute best! She has nimble fingers and can really pinpoint the muscles in my lower back! Each massage experience is customized and she offers a variety of treatments such as deep tissue, hot stones, cupping, and more! This studio is a hidden gem in Murray Hill and is also very affordable compared to other commercialized places, such as $assage $nvy. Don’t judge the building by the outside bc the inside is cozy, clean, artsy, and of course, it smells good! I highly recommend Kasey at Zen Soma if you want a great massage and want to support local businesses!

I felt at ease and relaxed even before the massage began by the beautiful waiting lounge at Zen Soma Massage and especially when I entered Kasey’s massage room. She addressed my areas of concern, and intuitively found problem areas I didn’t even know I had. Her technique of deep tissue/gentle touch, along with with cupping left me in happy dazed state.

PATTI has an amazing skill and technique that gives you the most awesome effective message therapy treatment. I suffer with DDD, And osteoarthritis, thar her combination techniques Really help me to feel more mobility with less to no pain. My next visit I will be trying cupping for the first time and I can’t wait. Give her a try you won’t be disappointed

Patti Moss is INCREDIBLE! Her massage was magic. She has a amazing wealth of knowledge drawn from years of practice and constant education that she uses to deeply heal her clients. I have chronic pain issues and I almost could not believe how much she was able to help. A massage with her is beyond bliss and surpasses any words of praise that I can think of. THANK YOU Patti. You are a healer extraordinaire! No matter what type of massage you are looking for this is the therapist who is able to feel exactly what you need. I've been going to Patti for over 3 years now. I originally started seeing her for shoulder/neck pain from an accident. Even though the pain is gone, I have continued seeing Patti at least once a month. I originally started with her table massage and she eventually convinced me to try the Thai Yoga Massage. Talk about the most amazing deep tissue massage I've ever had! It's now my favorite. In addition, I just had a baby a month ago and saw Patti for prenatal massage throughout my entire pregnancy. It was a somewhat difficult pregnancy, and had it not been for Patti I would've been completely miserable and in horrible shape when it came time for the delivery. With pregnancy you end up with alot of back and hip issues towards the end because of carrying such a heavy load and Patti was able to help me get thru those last grudgingly sore months with her magic hands. Even when I didn't think I had alot going of issues going on, she would find the tight/ropey and sore spots and massage them out. She's truly amazing at what she does. My mother and husband have both been to her and I'm in the process of recruiting my mother in law and a friend of mine to see her for their aches/pains. Whether you're pregnant and looking for a good prenatal massage, injured/hurting and looking for relief, or just looking for an hour of relaxing bliss Patti is the bees knees:)
