Zimmie's has good food, very good service and a great atmosphere. The prices are a little pricey but fair

The good was great. The staff was so happy to help and so friendly. Nothing fake about them being joyful to see us being there.

This restaurant is in a gated community and NOT open to tye public. You must be staying at the Sheridan to eat here.

This place was nothing but great. We my family and I visited Florida we had the best time. I can't remember the sweet ladies names who waited on us, but I gave them a crochet heart & they was happy to receive, which made me happier to give. Yall go on by you'll not be disappointed

It was absolutely wonderful to have such a fresh & delicious breakfast. So convenient & worth every penny! Their buffet is always kept clean & stocked.

We’ve had our family there 16 people and we went to Zimmies three times and we had the same waiter Gabriel all three times.we had any thing from hamburgers to a big steak meal in the restaurant.food and the service was just outstanding we have owned two weeks of timeshare at that property for 36 years and without a doubt it was the best.
Also we talk to the food and beverage manager when we first got there. Donna Bernbao.

Clean tables and bar countertops; superb customer service; staff appeared very friendly and attentive to everyone dining. The atmosphere is casual and laid-back. Several TVs are set on various sports channels but the servers can change them upon request. Seating at the bar and square tables make it comfortable for large groups or single diners. Cash is not accepted FYI- card only (or charge to room). Delicious, juicy chicken sandwiches and burgers. Fries are perfectly hot and fresh. Prices are fair/decent. Excellent all around. I've already had several meals here

Food is good, drinks are better & staff is great.
HOWEVER, when you get your bill they bump up all your tips (by $7-$10) and when you call the Sheraton Vistana resort that they're located in to discuss this, you're put on hold & given the run around. Check your bill carefully at check-out!

We just came near closing for some music. A thunderstorm hit and the restaurant stay open so people would not get wet. Then the manager came out and ask every to evaluate the building because of a fire. My concern was no fire alarm went off.

No Breakfast served.as advertised at check in! If I could elect black stars, I would! And they won't take cash!

Think hotel bar with bar food, was a good spot to grab something and walk back to our room. Drinks were good with a good pour.

The chicken was undercooked, the fries were burnt, the drinks were not good, and the waiter was being overworked by himself. Will not visit again. Gave a 1 star because he tried!

Not too bad, had 2 pizzas and some nachos.for a resort, the pizza should've been better.nachos were just chips with melted cheese on them with a few olives and jalapeños.they did make it fast and delivered to the room by Matt, super nice guy.we tried flippers pizza but was told 3 hours for delivery. Zimmies was 20 minutes so that was a huge plus! Thanks guys!
