Dr Fields is a liar and a thief and whatever you do don’t pay up front for services…here is an email sent to Dr Fields

On September 27,2023 I sent you an email letting you know that I was unhappy with your services. I stated you have not done the very first thing that you told me you would do which was to file a motion to have the judgement vacated!

Let’s go over that, on our first communication that I was considering to hire you I stated that I was never served and someone went to a place I used as an address and served a young man who I have no relation to claiming he was my son and served him as my son? Your exact words were “that was an improper serve and you would get the judgement vacated and that they only had one shot at it”! Since you presented yourself as an attorney and sounded very confident that you would get this done…this is how you sold me and lead me to believe in your future results!

You also stated after I said I was unhappy with you that “what you loved so much was that you worked SO HARD the previous night in getting my debt from 22,000 to 5,000 which was an 80% decrease” your words not mine. Now listening to who ever you conference called me in to today gives me several conclusions:

1. When this person got on the phone he didn’t seem to care to speak with you as he only had 90 seconds before going into a meeting

2. He didn’t seem to know your name

3. He stated that my offer of 5000.00 dollars was ridiculous and he didn’t care to consider it as his words “WE ALREADY HAVE A JUDGEMENT” and hung up!

4. You claimed on September 27,2023 that the previous night you WORKED SO HARD in getting me results? I wonder who it was you were working or negotiating with because it doesn’t seem to be anyone from the opposing team!

5. Maybe if you would have filed the motion to vacate “your idea not mine” we would have had a bargaining chip. I didn’t even know something like that was possible until you told me. We might have had at least a little leverage to negotiate if we could have gotten the judgement vacated…. Again which you confidently told me you could do when you were representing yourself as an attorney on our initial call.

Finally,

In my humble opinion “since I am not a doctor or attorney” it took me 10 to 15 minutes to put together this email which I feel is MORE WORK than you have put into my negotiations according to your results. The most negotiating and arguing from what I can determine you have done is with me! Also you claim you are not the only person representing me but yet you are the only person I have ever spoken with…I wonder why?

Listen I don’t enjoy writing this email but I paid you to get results as someone who has experience and expertise with my situation. I did not pay you to send emails and go thru motions or “get Bullshitted” your words by the opposition. I can do that myself and it would save us both the headache but that wouldn’t put 1750.00 of my hard earned dollars in your pocket. At this point I want my money back but with all your misleading tactics up to now I am not very confident in the type of businessman I am dealing with. Up to now all the results I have are excuses and apologies from you.

I am so grateful for all the help and kindness that Dr. Fields has done for me and my husband. May God bless you and your staff all the blessings in stored for you. I love the word "ZION" for me, it means the "Pure in Heart". Thank you for all you do to your fellow beings

Dr. Fields was hired to help us with a mediation for a separation from my partner whom I had children with. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking mediation services. He was a professional understanding and pathetic, as well as a teacher and coach through the process to both of us. While I imagine it might be rare, my partner and I ended up getting back together after the process. Although we started out with very adversarial and hostile stances. The mediation is separation agreement circus well.
