Zippy Shell, Tampa FL

Picked zippyshell for my cross country move. They were great at first, they currently have my pod in their possession and im awaiting delivery. I have not been able to get ahold of anyone for an updated delivery date to my destination. I spend 30-1hr waiting on hold with no answer the last 4 days. We were just hit with a hurricane so im assuming a delivery delay but you would think someone would contact me to tell me that.

Pod didn’t come on scheduled delivery date, or at all. I could understand if they had the courtesy to call letting me know it wouldn’t come on time, but they didn’t and also, no one answers the phone, so I still don’t know why it didn’t show. What’s the point of setting a scheduled delivery date when it does not get delivered on said delivery date? I took off work for nothing, I don’t have time to waste. I ended up having to go with 1800packrat and recommend others to go with them too instead because they were a lot more responsive and delivered on the date I asked! Don’t waste your time with this company.
