Decent exterior wash for an ok price. They keep their equipment in good working order. There is never a long wait to go in. Free vacuum and towels is a bonus.

Worst service around palm beach they change the personal every single day and the people who works there or most of them don’t help the costumers to get towels or to fix the vacuums that normally are out of service or blocked with trash.
Are many other car wash around who offer better service for the same price

My rating would be higher if Zips was more consistent. When running okay it’s a great value but frequently the equipment doesn’t work or is not being maintained properly. That’s the problem.
Great wash one day then a week or two later it’s not uncommon for Zips to be closed for repairs. I have been a member for years as it is convenient Not so much to drive there only to have to turn around because it’s not running.

Went there for a wash and the lady was so rude and did not give me clear directions on how to put my car into the car wash area. My car was not properly cleaned I definitely won’t be coming back. Bad customer service

Underwhelming wash for the price, but willing to try again. Free vacuums with air guns were nice!

The wash was not that good they missed a bunch of stuff, but they provide you with towels window spray vacuums, the whole thing was $12 in the vacuums were free. The machines very loud. Is small and short. Cute name. Efficient all-in-all recommend

I was charged double and when I canceled my membership they still charged me. And when I called customer service the said we can’t help you I had to dispute the charges with my credit card. I was shocked how Terrible customer service was. Be careful and good luck if you want to cancel!

I was supposed to pay $12 a month for the most basic subscription then I got charged triple $42.80 and when I canceled my membership they still charged me. And when I called customer service they said we can’t refund you and can’t help you I had to dispute the charges with my credit card TOTAL SCAM. I was shocked how Terrible customer service was. Be careful and good luck if you want to cancel!

The service is very bad, the staff is super bad, they are very rude and nothing works, neither the vacuum nor the air, do not waste your money in this place and there is no one to solve anything.

Terrible, $12 for a useless basic wash the vacuum are so weak they're are not even working properly. Never again

I had cash and this girl prefer a custumer go back home than take the cash, they only accept card, but I was there, just take my money come on, Im not coming back

They suck you in with a $10 special then charge you 40 some dollars a month. Every single wash I've ever had, I have had to completely wipe down the car or it was totally spotted, it is the top of the line wash supposedly. If you have to wipe down the whole car, you may as well have washed it to begin with in your own driveway and buy some McGuire's car wash at Walmart

I was a member but they kept raising the prices without notification. Then when I cancelled they continued to charge me insisting that I did not cancel. Very disappointing.

First visit. Subpar wash, could not tell the tire shine was applied at all, hard to tell if a blow dry is part of the automated wash and the free vacuums were weak (very little suction) and/or inoperable. The air gun stations are a cool addition and did the trick for nooks & crannies PLUS the self service station with microfiber cloths and Windex are appreciated.

Glad that I didn't invest in the $10 "membership" trial today, but I may give this car wash another chance in the future.

Terrible car wash leaves my car dirty and I have to dry the entire car. Also noticed it chipping my paint off.

Fast and very convenient, I like that they offer interior cleaning for free after the wash and even provides rags and cleaning products for free. Wish they had something to clean the rims and it would be absolutely perfect!

This car wash used to be really good but after washing my car here for over a year I noticed that my car was not being washed properly, I noticed some residue stains on it, some black rubber like thing on it and sometimes the dirt was still on my car even after washing twice, I really liked this place because it is very close to my job but the washing service is going downhill, I don't know what they changed but my car is not being cleaned properly by the machine, the free vacuum service is amazing but everything else is not what it used to be, I've been paying the monthly subscription for unlimited wash and the other day they told me that only covers 2 wash per day which they changed because it used to be unlimited, I tried the car wash at the 7/11 and it was much better but you have to pay for vacuum there

Lately they have been closed due to maintenance or for no reason at all. Vacuum machines are out of order or not strong wnough. Sometimes a bit too packed. They do not Pressure wash both sides of the car and haven't been doing it at all recently.

I went yesterday for a car wash and the guy told me the basic wash is just soap and water, so he convinced me to get a 24.00 wash. It was terrible. They was still dirt on my car and he told me it had tire shine. There was no shine. I want my money back. It was all about up selling a membership
