Dr. Devcic was informative, detailed and very knowledgeable about my condition. For years I tried to get help from other doctors to no avail. Dr. Devcic was the only one who proposed a course of treatment that worked. I am very grateful for all his help.

A Very Considerate and caring Doctor who is very concerned for his patients. Spent considerable time with my husband & I explaining what they would be doing to me to rid me of my liver cancer.that was in January 2021, to date he has done MRI's & Lab work to make sure there is no return of cancer. I also have cirrhosis of liver caused by prolonged diabetes. He is continuing to watch both cancer & cirrhosis of liver. I am glad to have found a Doctor who is very conscious about his patients.

. I am so grateful to the expertise of Dr. Devcic and the Mayo Clinic. He removed a large tumor from my kidney through arterial embolization. He was compassionate and followed up with me after the surgery. Recovery was quick due to the non invasive procedure.

Dr Devcic handled a Y90 treatment for me that was very successful and spared me major surgery along with the months of recovery. Process was quite painless and I opted to skip the sedation all together and his team explained everything during the procedures very clearly. Found the entire experience to be very educational and I am most grateful for the Mayo teams hospitality during my visits to various departments going through this process. If you are a candidate for this type of intervention, GO FOR IT! Much less invasive than anything else and I missed less than a week of work throughout. Also spared my family the tremendous stress of a surgical adventure and prolonged recovery.

Anyone who has the privilege of having Dr. Devcic is probably not in the “best place” from a medical standpoint. Not because their situation is necessarily dire, but because of the countless “medical professionals” they had to encounter along the way. You know it the minute he walks into the room that this experience will be different. While his medical expertise is brilliant, you cannot teach what Dr. Devcic has. In addition, his team is like a well-oiled machine. From the scheduling to the comprehensive clinical assessment, to follow up it doesn’t get better. BEST Practice in clinical excellence.

Wonderful experience. The physician explained my diagnosis and performed a more conservative procedure. I felt very assured that I was in good hands. The staff and follow up was exceptional!

I had an IVC filter that was trapped in the vein with bloodclots and scar tissue. After two failed removal attempts, I was referred to Dr. Devcic at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL. He absolutely did the impossible. After an 11 hour surgery, he got that filter out, deployed stents and completely restored bloodflow that had been cut off for a year and a half.
I can not rave enough about this Doctor. His expertise, patience, and kindness through this ordeal has been amazing. He is my Unicorn. An impossible creature that can do the impossible. While a previous surgeon saved my life by deploying the IVC filter, Devcic gave me my life back by removing it.

on February 2020 a Doctor in Naple Fl.damage my Artery for over 15 month I suffered pain and I did. 't have life, on May of 2022 gladly I fund Dr. Zlatko he repaired my Artery. He gave me a new life, He is Wonderfull Doctor with lots of experience, he is out standing, he really caring Doctor.

Dr. Z is a LIFE SAVER & finding him has been the biggest blessing to my family! After multiple misdiagnoses and unsuccessful treatments by various vascular surgeons in the Tampa Bay area, I decided to reach out to the Mayo Clinic for help. My dad has been suffering for years with insufficient blood flow to his left leg. We have been through misdiagnoses, failed treatments, 3 hospitalizations, and 2 unsuccessful surgeries. Our first visit with Dr. Z was life changing. I already knew at that point that we came to the right place! He was able to correctly diagnose my dads condition and immediately executed a surgical plan to fix it. The surgery was a huge success! Dr. Z was able to reverse the damage done from previous surgeries and successfully execute his surgical plan, which immediately established blood flow back to my dads leg. We will never be able to thank Dr. Z enough for everything he has done for my dad. Aside from being THE BEST surgeon, he has AMAZING bedside manner, and is overall such a caring and compassionate individual. He constantly reaches out to check on my dad via phone or zoom meetings in between our trips to Jacksonville. We travel 6 hours round trip to get to the Mayo Clinic and it is worth every bit of it! We would fly across the country for Dr. Z!

He was personable, knowledgeable and thorough. He saved my husband from unnecessary surgery of a rib removal. We highly recommend him.

The team was amazing, I was having a hard time walking prior to seeing Dr. Devcic. I had an IR procedure the following day which he did fabulous work. I’m now recovering and able to walk again. The elite team at Mayo Clinic and Dr. Devcic were the best. Procedure was explained and education after was very helpful towards my healing process.

Dr. Devcic did an ablation on my Right Kidney in 2019 for a returning cancer. I haven’t had any more problems in that kidney since then. He is a wonderful caring Dr.that shows compassion for you and your well being. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Devcic basically saved my leg, when a life-long condition, May-Thurner syndrome became critical. His team worked tirelessly to remove a calcified DVT, repair the vein, and get my blood flowing properly through my leg again, using interventional radiology. He has also provided excellent post-surgical care, great education on what had happened to me, and conducted himself in a friendly, professional manner. I would thoroughly recommend him and his team for surgical DVT treatment.

Dr. Devcic did an amazing job on removing a small mass from my kidney via a minimally invasive ablation. I needed very little down time to recover after this procedure. I had a flawless recovery and am pleased that I made the decision to follow through with this procedure. I absolutely trust Dr. Devcic because not only is he a fantastic Interventional Radiologist but he also truly cares about his patients. This is easy to see through his follow up visits. He is easy to talk to and will address any concerns you may have as long as you make them known. I truly appreciate what he has done for me so that is why I gave him 5 stars.

I had a growth of kidney cancer removed by Dr. Devcic. The technique used was microwave ablation. It was quick and painless. Currently, no return of the cancer. Dr. Devcic explained things clearly and answered all my questions. He has a caring bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Devcic and the procedure.

Dr. Devcic completely saved my life. I had been suffering with a chronic disorder since a young age and was told by numerous other doctors that there “was nothing that could be done. ” I was in constant pain, discomfort, and my spirits were crushed. I decided to take control of my health and seek a second opinion which is why I made an appointment at The Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. This was a huge step for me considering I work full time and I live 4 hours away from the hospital. I didn’t care at this point - I needed help. Dr. Devcic was extremely tentative when listening to my concerns. Dr. Devcic studied my prior medical records intently and made sure he understood every procedure that was previously performed on me. Every single step of my care plan was explained perfectly to me; he made sure I understood EVERYTHING that was going to be done during each and every procedure. While admitted in the hospital, there was not one day where I had to sit in my bed and wonder where he was and wonder if he had checked my chart or not. Every morning he came into my room to check on me and give me the itinerary for that day. I spent half a year with Dr. Devcic while we figured out the solution to my disorder. He was always available when I needed him and I never had to guess what my next step was. I’m also thoroughly impressed with his team. Wether I needed a prescription refill or I had a simple question, they made sure I received an answer promptly. I can’t boast enough about Dr. Devcic’s ability to perform a procedure that has rarely been done - stent removal from a vein. This was performed by Dr. Devcic with complete success and was executed perfectly. I trust Dr. Devcic because of his expertise knowledge in venous studies and interventional radiology practices. I also thought it was outstanding that he collaborated with colleagues from across the country regarding my specific situation. With no hesitation I recommend Dr. Devcic. He went above and beyond in everything he did for me. My life has been forever changed and my symptoms have almost completely diminished (which is unbelievable) - my health is now manageable and my quality of life has improved tremendously.

My Daughter met Dr. Devcic at a very desperate time when other doctors in her area gave up on her (DVT & PE). Dr. Devcic never gave up and proceeded to look into her situation even further. When he realized what other doctors had done he took immediate action to scrum with his collogues. Dr. Devcic and his team worked on my daughter and never gave up. Aug. 19,2021 she has good blood flow in the stent area that needed to be replaced (yes replaced, should never happen). I applaud Dr. Devcic for never giving up on my daughter and the team at Mayo if all could learn from your bedside manner, it would be great! Thank you.

Dr Devcic is an amazing dr…he went far and beyond to make me comfortable about surgery and took his time with me.i have been coming to mayo for over 3 years and anyone struggling with cancer i would recommend the y90 it saved my life and was an easy procedure. Dr. "Z" performed liver ablation in April 2021 for cancer that had metastasized. It was successful, currently no cancer in liver. Dr. "Z" made me comfortable during entire procedure, including explaining procedure in detail to my wife and I, explaining what was happening during procedure, and following up after. The procedure was painless and there were no problems during recovery. Thank you so much for not only being an excellent surgeon, but kind, compassionate doctor.

Dr. Devcic was amazing throughout my entire experience! I had an extensive DVT in my left leg after recently moving to Jax to start a new job and it was very overwhelming as I couldn’t walk. Dr. Devcic continuously advocated for my health and recommended a venous thrombectomy. Dr. Devcic, had the best bedside manner out of any of the doctors I’ve seen before. From the phone consultation to the day of the procedure and after, he’s always been sure to answer all my questions. Immediately after my procedure I was able to walk. Three months later, I’m almost completely back to normal. As a nurse, I would 100% recommend Dr. Devcic to my patients and my family/friends.
