Zolut is a one-stop business that helps working parents with their child’s school supplies. We love not having to shop at various stores for our children’s school supplies. Also they deliver to your home. It’s awesome!

Avoid this unreliable company; entrusting them with your school supply needs is not recommended. Their materials are of low quality and lack reliability. Furthermore, they mishandled my order by sending incorrect supplies, refusing a refund, and forcing me to repurchase the missing items at my expense.

If I could give zero stars I would. I used this company in hopes of providing an easier experience for a working single mom of two. I spent $500 and was sent both incorrect boxes of supplies. Once I confronted them about it, I was told they were sorry and would be shipping the missing items at no cost. A few hours later, I receive an email saying the best they could do was offer 10% discount. It was as if they just wanted to get me off the phone. I call again and let them know this is very difficult as I need to purchase so many extra supplies and doesn’t seem fair, I was told to provide them with the list of missing items and they'd send at no cost to me. I was even told it would arrive via USPS because they didn’t have deliveries in my area, which was fine. I receive another email again saying they won’t be doing that and can only offer me 10% off. BE WARNED! Also, they purchase very cheap supplies and re-sell them for more. Don’t let this happen to you, it made it way more difficult insertad of making it easier. No compassion either.

For the past three years, I've relied on ZOLUT to fulfill my school supplies needs, They totally changed my back-to-school shopping and I can confidently say that I'll never go back to traditional in-person shopping
