Good selection of knives at all price ranges as well as a selection of cookware

I just happened to be in town in North Miami Beach for vacation when I checked to see if they had a nearby outlet Zwilling. Woohoo! One was listed. Got in the car, drove nearly an hour and I got a great deal for a Staub pumpkin!

Stopped in to make a large purchase. Malcom was the sales rep working. He was very patient, friendly and helpful. I overheard him talking to other customers in the store and he was very knowledgeable. Thanks again Malcolm

Very poor costumer service Don't buy anything direct in their website. Try to call to solve a issue but their phone line never answer.

Hopefully this low rating will get someone in managements attention to coach the team up. Upon arriving with my girlfriend and her friend nobody in the staff greeted us. Furthermore nobody approached us at all even though we were standing right in front of a high end knife set and made it obvious we were there to purchase. Eventually we had to approach a sales rep (who seemed completely disinterested in helping) who was short worded with some product questions we had. Ultimately we made a blind purchase based on online reviews for the set but I cannot currently recommend visiting this location operating the way it does. 2 stars because the products are high end but the location deserves no more due to poor customer service.

The quality is good, but the salesperson's service is disappointing. She only answered "No" to me. When I found what I wanted, then asked her why she told me not. Her response was to refute me loudly. She is the worst salesperson I have ever seen.

I have been shopping for Miyabi Birchwood knives for a while. Not too many places carry them or have them on display so you can hold them in your hand and feel them. I did not realize that there was an actual Zwilling Store until today. So today, I decide to take a trip out there to look around and see if they had what I was looking for. Sure enough, they had exactly what I was looking for. Larry, I believe was the gentlemen that helped me out. Super nice guy! Very knowledgeable about the knives I was looking at. He knew the composition of the steel, how it was made knew the right sharpening products for these particular knives. The knives were so beautiful I purchased 2 of them. I purchased the 9.5" Chef's knife and the 6.5" Nikari Knife. There was another customer in the store at the time that I was looking at these knives who was also fascinated with my selection and Larry's knowledge that he ended up buying one of the same knives that I selected and a really nice Miyabi Sushi knife and Bob Kramer whetstone sharpening set. I will definitely return to purchase more of these beautiful knives. They truly are some of the sharpest knives in the world! I did the tomato test as soon as I got home. You can shave paper thin slices of tomato with it sitting on the cutting board by itself without holding it with your hand!

Don't get me wrong the knife brand is incredible but I could find the same things that they sell in the store for almost half the price online
