Amazing customer service. Came on the same day and stayed late into the evening to ensure that the leak was controlled. Made sure we had running water back in the house and also took the time to get a mitigation company to come that night to assess the damage before he left. Very polite and professional the entire time. I would recommend this company to others.

I called this company because they had come a few yrs ago when it was called Affordable plumbing to snake my kitchen sink. The name changed but same guy Dan answered the phone and I told him I need them to snake the clog out from build up of food like they did previously. Meanwhile prior to the plumber coming, we poured vinegar and baking soda, hot water and plunged the drain. It didn't work immediately but apparently over night our labor unclogged the drain. When the plumber came the next day he turned the water on and filled the sink and it was clearly not clogged anymore due to our labor but he charged $125 for nothing! I am big on customer service and very loyal to a company that gives good service but I will never call this company again because they did nothing and instead of just saying that's ok you don't owe anything since all we did was turn on your water you owe nothing. Even if it was 50 (a more reasonable fee) for a trip charge it's too much for seniors on a fixed income, but I wouldn't feel as abused by this absurd charge of $125. Also they gave an outrageous $3500 quote for septic service saying the price will go up in 30 days if we don't get it done within that time frame. I would never trust these guys to do anything for me and will never allow them to screw me again. Bad luck will come to this company because they have no idea how to gain a customer base. Going for the jugular is not how you will sustain a successful business. If you treat people fair they will not only call you whenever they have plumbing issues but also refer them over and over again which would increase your companies bottom line, build a good reputation for you, and a repeat Customer base.
You certainly loss this customer for good!

My plumber Cody was excellent super friendly and showed genuine concern about my plumbing issues. Cody was able to trouble shoot my issue within a timely manner. I will definitely recommend 1 call away plumbing to anyone with plumbing issues!

Great service from Dan on the phone and plumber Cody who fixed my problem in under an hour. I don't give 5 stars lightly but this was excellent service from start to finish.

First and first most this man saved me over $2000 or more on what was only a 5 minute call. I was told by other plumbing services I would have to get my water heater replaced and lord knows that cost and not only guessing at would could be the problem from a phone call. My man Dan took care of me by not only responding to what I needed done over the phone but also out generosity and the genuine heart he possesses. God works in mysterious ways and on a day when I couldn’t find a way he sent Dan towards me to give me the assistance I needed. Dan I’m very grateful and thankful to you. I would recommend this service always.

They were very good at fixing my shower and I’m happy I can use it without burning my finger. Cody was the best.

Called and spoke with the Mgr, Dan. Super nice guy on the phone. Cody came out the next day to replace the old water heater. He brought a better unit than I would have chosen. He also went the extra mile to make sure everything was safe and running well. Will call them if I have another plumbing need.

I had an issue with my Sump Pump and I initially received a quote that I knew was way too high for the job so I called several other companies in an attempt to get a lower quote. The first issue in trying to get another quote is that everyone wanted to requote me. I mean, I get it, however, my issue is that I could have possibly been quoted higher than my initial paid quote.

I ended up calling 1 Call Away Plumbing and the quote that he gave me was $380 cheaper than my initial quote. He made my heart smile. I schedule the appointment and I was nervous as heck because even though the price was drastically lower, the reviews were 3.5 on yelp. I took a chance though because of the customer service. The gentleman that answered was a sweetheart and his response time was bananas. The conversation was easy and comfortable. As a woman that thinks very analytically, I still want to feel safe with an individual when I am looking for someone to do work on my home that I know nothing about. Safe in knowing that I won't be overcharged or ripped off.

On the day of the service, the technician came out and he discovered that the issue was much smaller and simpler than replacing the sump pump. It was simply a tampon stuck in the motor. He fixed the issue quickly and he had a great personality from start to finish.

He could have lied and he could have replaced the sump pump and charged me what I was expecting to pay, however, he was honest and for that, I will forever be a customer.

I pray the abundance of business upon him because honesty is rare and this is the epitome of honest along with great customer service to match.

The employee came out and did a poor sub-standard repair on the water leak on lawn and did not clean up after himself; left another leak and came back the next day and charged the same high price. Poor customer service and gouged us on the cost. Will not refer company again nor will I use them again. Very disappointed.
