I wish I never walked into this "place of buiness ". Term being used very loose. I brought my washer and dryer cash on May 16th. Delivery on May 18th.first they brought the wrong dryer plug when I was called BEFORE delivery to confirm the 3 prongs. Then had to wait a week for someone to come switch it.then I finally plug un the washer and it doesnt work.wait another week for it to be fixed, they come and drop off another washer.and THAT doesn't work. June 19th and I still have not washed clothes

This place is the worstest! They wouldn’t even come out and look at the refrigerator I purchased from them. I even offered to pay them to fix it and no one came, but they want me to make payments on it.it will Never Happen! So Unprofessional! Never answer the phone! I hate this place!

Waiting 3 days for someone to show up for a washer repair after paying the $50. Finally show at 8: 30 PM and said he didn't have a shop vac so he'll be back in the morning. Still waiting.

Got a washer and dryer from Tara appliances in Jonesboro 2 years ago. Thought my dryer had broken down. THEY came out with a new one but it turned out my circuit breaker was the only issue. I'm glad they TROUBLED shoot
through issues so I didn't have to buy a new dryer but I will be back when it is time.

Purchased a Washer and Dryer and everything was fine from the purchase all the way to delivery.

Very affordable appliances and they deliver. Great experience here. Got a side by side washer and dryer and they work beautifully. They offer a warranty in case there are any initial issues with the used appliances.

Reading some of the reviews I would have to say that I definitely do not see any of those things. The owner is very friendly and is always willing to work with you on the price and delivery times.

I purchased washer and dryer set on yesterday first set washer had no power cord and the dryer did not heat. They sent out a second set and the washer keeps starting and turning off while washing and the 2nd dryer does not work turned it on for 3 cycles and my clothes were still wet. This is the worst set of appliances I have ever had called them back and they were closed will call back again tomorrow and I would like a working properly set of appliances or my money will not recommend to anyone else.

This is an honest review. I purchased a side by side stainless steel refrigerator from these people, in about a week, it would not stay cold. Called and the woman sent someone out after I told her I had read the reviews and I would file a civil suit. Service man came and fixed the refrigerator. I like to give people 2nd chances. My washer would not drain nor spin. Called and spoke with service guy and was fine with the $40 service charged. I waited HOURS late into the night and no one showed up. He said he would be by around 5. No one called me or anything. I get a call the NEXT DAY asking if I still wanted him to come out. No Sir! If you want it done right the first time, do NOT shop or call here.

She told me to get a truck and bring my washer and dryer up there just for her to say she doesn't want it the most she could give is 20 dollars for both 10 dollars a piece

Don't Ever Go To This Place. She Will Sell You Broken Appliances That Looks So Nice Until You Get It Home. After A Week My Appliance Stop Working I Called Her To Come Fix It. It Took Them Two Weeks To Come Out. I Lost All My Food In My Refrigerator. As Of A Week Ago It Has Stop Working Again And I Ask Her To Come Fix It All Of A Sudden The Warranty Has Expired. I Just Came From Up There She Tells Me If Her Tech Comes To Fix It We Have To Pay For It Out Of Our Pockets. She Acts As If She Can't Speak English All Of A Sudden And Don't Know What I Am Speaking About. She Has Such A Rude Way Of Talking To You After You Spent Your Money With Her. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS WOMEN OR ANYONE ELSE THAT WORKS THERE AT ALL. THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOTHING ABOUT ANY ITEMS YOU BOUGHT FROM THEM. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

Beware I purchased a refrigerator that look really nice a week ago. I noticed a day later it was not getting cold. It took two days for them to look at it. Then they had to order a part. Everyday the say give me an hour. When I told her to come get it. She said 45min and hung up. As of today im still waiting

As a customer of 138 Appliances I read some of these old reviews, and I can say that I had the best experience getting my dryer fixed. My dryer stopped heating, and needed it repaired immediately. I called and scheduled an appointment, and before I knew it my dryer was repaired!

Don't ever go to this places. She will sell you items that are no good.then she will not come and repair them when you ask her to. She will make all the excuses in the world not to come and fix something you paid her top dollar for. The item we purchased went out within a week of getting it home she sent someone out to come and fix it it took about two weeks for that to happen. Then it went out again she says all the warranty is expired so we will have to pay her technician to come fix it. Then she would try to pretend that she can't speak English and understand what you're saying about the problem. Do not buy anything or shop with her or anyone else in that business. She will rip you of all your money and you will be left with a big headache at the end of the day.
