Worst experience ever! My wife was getting a holiday treat early and messed her nails up so bad it looked like pot holes off of I-285, and then two more workers tried to fix it. Failed! Then after that the owner got called and come up and said it was and easy fix and wanted to just take 10 minutes to do when my wife wanted them completely re done! The cops showed up only for the cops to ask us to leave when they could have just simply refunded the money I work hard for or re do the nails the proper way. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND THE OWNERS WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY FOR THERE TERRIBLE SERVICES. FIND A DIFFERENT NAIL PLACE BESIDE THIS ONE! OWNERS ARE ALSO FELONS

I’ve been seeing Tristina for over 8 months and I couldn’t say enough amazing things about her and 316 nails itself. Tristina always goes above and beyond to make my nails look exactly how I want them to, takes her time cleaning them up after, and is always on time for my appointments. She aways help me pick my colors and is amazing with design as well. Tristina and Tan are so welcoming and treat everyone with respect and kindness, the best people AND beautiful nails. You’ll find a forever nail home here.

Absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere is relaxing and professional! Super clean and the staff were so friendly and polite! And I've never had such great and fast service! They didn't put me soaking in a corner they kept working on me till I was done. Best experience at a nail salon ever.

Terrible service. Went for a manicure. It took a total of no more than 15 minutes. Person was more worried about what was going on around him and his phone. This was final straw for me. I have had two other bad experiences but when I read on Facebook that they had remodeled and changed some staff, I figured why not give them another chance. Not anymore. I am done.

This is my every two weeks "ME TIME". I have had great experiences for the past two years (since I moved to town). I can not complain at all Thristina and Tan do a great job with customer service. There have been some changes in staff but I have really never had an issue no matter who does my mani pedi. It can get busy, but it is worth the wait. They have just done some renovations and the salon is beautiful.

Today I went to the nail salon wanting to feel beautiful I asked for acrylic set but in middle of service she asks me to pay early before painting of nails. I proceeded to pay for nails like they didn’t expect for me to do. Just don’t like the fact they asked the only black women in nail salon to prepay for nails when other women sat down and didn’t pay up front won’t be going back! Treat your customers with more respect even if you think they may not pay or run bc they might surprise you never judge a book by its cover im fair from having to steal would have tipped her but noo the behavior was saddening.

The service felt really rushed I had a gel polish that was suppose to be put on my new set and the next day 2 entire nails peeled off and if you know how gel polish is it shouldn’t be able to come off unless you use the manicure drill. Literally the third time I’m went here in the last year and it is just horrible for me but for others with me they have what they ask for. Also paid for my 3 year old nails to be painted with in 2 hours 3 nails on each hand was completely off.

I never know why i try some of the places I’m recommended. The guy stabbed me 3 different times. I told him that hurt every time. He didn’t even get all the polish from before off my toes before putting new polish on. He seemed like he was having a bad day or something but will not be back and will not recommend to anyone.

The manicurist cut my cuticle so badly that it was still bleeding after two rounds of styptic liquid (which I had to request he apply, since he tried to just keep going). He then painted the gel color over the drying blood and cured it into the nail. This was my bridal manicure. It was uneven and incredibly disappointing. I don't like to make waves, but I was so upset by the finished product that my fiancé brought me back to the salon and asked someone to fix them. She did her best, but the acrylic application was so thick and bumpy that it was hard to fix without completely removing the nails and redoing the whole thing.

I absolutely love this nail salon and all the nail techs are GREAT! I’ve been going here since I moved to Cartersville 5 years ago and will not go anywhere else! I’m very picky when it comes to my nails but this place has never let me down! Definitely recommend! ️️️️️

Use to come here all the time, but recently every single time I have came here the service has been nothing short of rude. They’re constantly rushing and act as if everything is an inconvenience. Won’t be wasting my money here anymore for less than mediocre service.

Seemed like the employees weren’t happy to be busy. They “tag teamed” and neither did a good job. What was supposed to be relaxing was uncomfortable. The lady who did my pedicure was lovely, however.
